  1. Dammit! Been waiting for this for ages - that's what happens when I don't check the forum RESERVE LIST 1. themodifiedkid 2. jody t 3. danhicks22
  2. Sweet Sixteen is one of my favourite Feeder songs. I think that one was on GT1 (or it may have been GT2). Great games. If it wasn't for them I never would have fallen in love with Supras and wouldn't now own one.
  3. From the description I'm guessing that it senses light levels and switches on side/head lights when it thinks you need them.
  4. I've been looking forward to seeing your Vette, so I'll be along to say hello at some point 13 miles for me and I'll be off in a min. The car was cleaned on Thursday but it's done over 200 miles since then and now it's raining so she's not exactly looking shiny
  5. Just in case anyone wants to say hello to me tomorrow, I'll most lkely be on my own, wearing orange trainers, in or around my blue Supra. Or eating burgers. I'm nice - please talk to me
  6. You already seem to have plenty of offers but I'm BPU auto TT and would be happy to take you out if you make it to the WIM day Otherwise, you're a bit far away
  7. That car is permanently for sale it seems. Either someone can't sell it or no one wants to keep it.
  8. Very nice. But it does it make them happy? I suspect, yes
  9. Apparently Orange and T-Mobile won't be fully merged until the end of the summer so will effectively still get the coverage of the separate networks until late in the year.
  10. Awesome! Any chance of photos to show how they fill the arches, too?
  11. Any pics from the front or rear on looking along the side of the car? Would like to see how close they come to the widest point of the top of the wheel arch (if that makes sense?). My current wheels sit quite a way in and I want a more aggressive look. I'm guessing they're big brakes you have on there so no worries on clearing UKs? Your car looks lovely in the pics btw
  12. Did some UKs come without headlight washers or does it have a J-spec bumper? Looks tidy and love the colour.
  13. I was thinking of getting the Nexus for similar reasons, combined with it being cheaper than the iPhone but then saw the Desire and chose that. Turns out about 6 other sheep in my office also decided to get the Desire so I'm well and truly flocked. I was hammering my Desire on WiFi and GPS last night and used 70% or so of the battery in under 4 hours but it used about 10% on standby for 8 hours today. You should be able to pick up spare batteries and dual chargers pretty cheaply though so I'll be doing that once they're finally released.
  14. The incredible also has 802.11n wifi and an 8gb internal disk I believe, but they weren't really deal breakers for me. Of course you could get the new iPhone when that comes out. You could wait forever to get the 'best' phone because there'll always be a new one 'coming soon' that will beat whatever's out. You'll be happy with the Desire
  15. I've just got a Desire and it is definitely the tits. It seems to be getting the best reviews from what I've read. I think all networks are doing it. I got it on 3 and my house mate on Orange and someone at work on Vodafone.
  16. I was wondering this about my standard dash dials, actually. I've done the conversion on the dials and the light certainly isn't even. I do have the LEDs pointing directly out, would putting them sideways on make a difference? I've also done most of the heater control stuff (missing some resisitors for the rest) but my 3mm LEDs are almost green in comparison to the 5mm (some of them were even green in comparison to the other 3mm ones!). Will need to get some more and redo them, which is a bit of a pain.
  17. You can get the stainless mesh from a company called Zunsport. They do a discount for club members - there used to be a thread about it somewhere. I have them fitted - worked out about £120 I think for the three sections on the stock bumper. As above, not sure how a carbon one would work?!
  18. Aces Which label on the lid did it relate to?
  19. I seem to remember having issues where various fuses caused unexpected things to stop working. To be honest I'd probably check them all, doesn't take too long to go through them. Failing that, try 'tail', which I think is tail lights, 'turn', which I think is indicators and 'rad 2', which I think is radio.
  20. Drivers footwell on the right hand side and engine bay behind (as you look from the front) the battery. Not sure which one those particular fuses are though.
  21. The small brakes with decent pads and lines are perfectly sufficient for road driving. Bigger brakes won't stop you quicker, they'll just let you do more big stops before they start to fade.
  22. The most I've got out of my J-spec TT is about 320 on a tank and that was hard work. I'd say you should hope to average about 25mpg for the Supra.
  23. I love my Cupra. Mine's a diesel so not as powerful/quick as this one, but they're great cars to drive and rather more practical than the Supra. Good luck with the sale!
