  1. ah that answers my question then haha
  2. Can anyone tell me why the Vortex r's on the white supra look bigger than the wheels on the other cars?, are they bigger? or just fill the arches after being lowered?
  3. And......add to the fact that she only came over because her mate loved how our friend Wade was dancing and we have not been to a club with this guy for 5 years or so.

    Vodka

Absolutely, it helps, old russian tradition, I should know, had my ex wife rubbing it on my chest when i was sick, it helps to clear your lungs, and also putting on my fingers when I burnt them
  5. Hi Tannhauser, judging by your posts on this subject and also the subject of weight loss during the night, you seem like a very intelligent guy who does a lot of reading and learning. Can you tell me why I rarely remember any dreams, I will remember 1 or 2 dream per year, I sleep like a baby, day or night haha and I regularly eat just before bed
  6. It looks like the Listerine dragon from the adverts, oh hellooooooooooo!!!
  7. I completely agree, you fall in love all over again.
  8. [quoteI half watched it and I'm really squeamish and girly about that kind of stuff! The bit where the (I think it's a) dog is moving around on the floor and blinking with no skin!!! ] I have to say I just had this emailed to me with an online petition to stop the animal cruelty, it is f**king horrific and makes my blood boil. I would happily kill any of the men in the video and serve life for it to know that they suffered as painfully as those racoons and other animals.
  9. haha if it all goes through as planned then will need about 12 new staff
  10. haha yes, lots of first hand experiences , they have even started a new form of internal affairs to arrest all the dodgy police, they are making hundreds of arrests. I dated a Paraguayan girl whose Spanish step father was head of police in Estepona, she offered to "get rid" of someone for me but I declined the offer haha
  11. The south coast of Spain, Andalucia, really is like a 3rd world country, the majority of Spanish that live there are badly educated, the local councils are all corrupt although that is gradually changing and the policia local are completely corrupt. They get their extra pocket money by giving out bogus fines (multas) to foreigners. You can be as drunk as you like and drive home, if they catch you they will take you to the nearest cash point to withdraw about 600 euros in fines and then they will happily let you drive on home. We did not have any problem in Spain because we formed a good relationship with Vinny Samway's father and Wayne Lineker's family who used to eat regularly in the restaurant. I wont have any problem in Tenerife because my boss's friend owns all the big supermarkets there and used to be a shady guy if you know what I mean. I guess I will have to join the local football match haha
  12. I have to admit it got on my nerves a bit too, I rarely went to the beach or sunbathed to be honest, I dont know about the north pole though haha
  13. haha no deliveries I'm afraid but I still run a take away here in Lakeside if you are hungry Thanks Daman, I am still not 100% decided but will make my mind up for certain next month when I visit the site.
  14. To sit down in the restaurant you would be looking at 9.50 euros, but the fish is massive, around 14 oz.
  15. jaja tengo a una profesora buena, mi novia es mexicana y me ayuda mucho. Donde vivias en Sudamerica?
  16. Hi Scott, yes the car is great thanks, I have only put 10,000 miles on her in 2 years and that includes driving to spain and back so I guess I am averaging around 4,000 miles a year. I may well just leave her to my father and take his car if I decide to leave, he has a spanish registered Yaris haha
  17. hablas muy bien Jurgen, solo unos pocos errores ne he experienciado las chicas de Tenerife por lo tanto no puedo decidir basado en ello Pero es verdad que la mirada de las latinas me apetece muchisimo MORENAS. Yes it is a very interesting proposition, I have seen his generosity already first hand after knowing him only a few months, he had never worked a hard days labour in his life until he started the chippy, so after a few months he just offered me a 50% profit share in the business so that he wouldnt lose me and so he could spend more time with his family. He even offered to buy me a range rover sport if I increase his take away business gross earnings to £10,000 per week. I often ask him why, he just says that he is not a greedy person and just wants a comfortable life with people he can trust around him.
  18. Hi Daman, I am very fortunate that my boss and his friend who has lived there for 20 years are very well connected, will be no issue at all. But I know exactly what you mean having seen it in the costa del sol, it was a nightmare.
  19. I agree, it is a hard market but luckily I have been through that experience in Marbella and we were one of the fortunate few to not get affected by it because we do it properly in our family, no half-measures. Certainly one of the major things putting me off but if I think about it I guess the risk is not mine, my boss will buy the freehold and will give me half the restaurant over 5 years. He lived there for many years and has a contact who has been there for 20 years and I dont think he would have reccomended him the site if he thought if would be dificult.
  20. I am divorced from a Russian girl I married in Spain and we have no children, so I dont have any commitments here apart from my family, but I would see them every now and then, I can handle that. The other good thing is that my girlfriend is Mexican and she would probably love it there.
  21. Good idea Vicky, my boss actually suggested it, he wants me to fly over there next month with him to see the place. Michael, I know what you mean but the weird thing is that most of our customers in Marbella were English, both holiday-makers and residents, the residents tend to come because they miss good fish and chips and the holiday makers come because their kids want to eat fish and chips haha. The weird thing is that you actually take 5 times more money than you do in England because unless you have the contacts it is very difficult to get all the products you need to do it right.
  22. It is a constant battle, I have to go to the gym everyday and play football because I eat non-stop haha. It is true I have not listed many negatives, and I hear that the people in Tenerife are much nicer than their spanish counterparts in the Costa Del Sol who have very little time for the English and are real Gypsies.
  23. yeah life is certainly for living and I hate monotony.
  24. haha, we didnt move to Marbella when I was 10 , when I was 26 actually
  25. It is kinda how I am thinking, I am still young, I could always come back if things dont go well for me.
