Old pictures when they were on the car:

I have my 19's for sale. I originally bought them for £700 almost 3 years ago from a forum member in bad condition because all vortex r's have laquer problems. I refurbed them a few months back for £320 at diamond styling in kent and had the centre colour changed to a slight graphite colour. I also bought two brand new rears, Goodyear eagle f1s for £300. After my dad puncture one of my tyres on a sharp curb on our drive and the same day I punctured one of my brand new rears (on a 4 inch metal shard on the m25), I decided to by some stock wheels, fed up with paying £150 for a decent tyre These are for sale. I have spent over £1,300 on these and I am looking for £500. This is the near side front. It has the worst curbing, around most of the wheel: Here is it's tyre, it still has a few mm of tread, pirelli p-zero: This is off side front, you can see the side wall puncture done my my dad : This is it's curbing, it has 3 spots like this: This is the off side rear that was punctured by metal shard: This is it's curbing: This is the near side rear, in perfect condition, goodyear eagle with less than 500 miles and no curbing: The only marks on the centres are scuff marks inside the lugholes where the wheel wrench has marked the paint when putting on and taking off the wheels. Wheelmania made the lugholes very narrow. Thanks Nick

Geo, people try to stay too lean and they therefore dont eat enough, it is better to allow your body to put on some fat, dont you agree, I know it certainly affected me. I guess it is different for someone who competes, you dont really want to put on too much fat and then have to go through a lengthy stripping phase. HGH doesnt stop your natural production but it does inhibit it and that's why I agree with you that they must only take it for a short period of time and allow the body to start producing it naturally again. And yes, I am stating that HGH is not a performance enhancing drug. HGH does not directly affect athletic performance, it's use in pro sports is supposed to be for it's healing and anti-catabolic properties. The reason pro athletes use it is because along with other drugs it has a massive effect (steroids and insulin) and they are obviously using the other drugs as well. ilicos, I agree, it is way too much protein i recommended. The truth is that scientist do not even know the amount our body needs. UFC athletes are fasting every 24 hours with no muscular atrophy, something nobody thought was possible.

me too, i dont touch anything because I play football and i always wanted to be strong but lean and everything natural. I changed my physique massively but it took 3 years. People I knew were doing it in 6 months.

Ok, for you guys who want to do things naturally and put on a lot of muscle then it is simple, you eat shit loads of protein, go to the gym every day, push yourself in the gym to your maximum, you dont have to be there for long, only 45 minutes if you want. The key is the food, you have to eat a lot, between 150-200g of protein a day but you also needs carbs, expect to put on both muscle and fat (you can lose the fat later). The wrong way is to try and stay lean and put on muscle, it is impossible. The quick solution with money no object is HGH. Take it in moderation, you will gain 10lbs of muscle in 6 months, you will lose 10% of your body fat but the problem is that you will be reliant on it. It occurs naturally in your body therefore is not a steroid. It neither makes you fitter nor gives you more strength, it just increases your size by increasing the number of cells and makes you leaner by releasing chemicals that cause your adipose tissue to be used as your primary energy source. It must be taken in moderation. As we get older our natural levels of HGH drop off because for some reason our Pituitary gland stops making as much as when we were 18-20, thus by taking the synthetic injections you bring it back to the normal levels. If you want to increase your bodies HGH levels then there are natural ways. We only produce HGH when we are in deep sleep, anaerobic training or eating certain foods. Google it and you will see.

didnt man u get absolutely demolished by Barcelona last year? it was the most 1 sided final seen in recent years. It's fine for a manger to get angry, it does show they care, but they need to look closer to home. Rafael deserved his booking, he had to go, Gary Neville was shit in the first leg, Carrick is not influencing games. Only 3 minutes of injury time as well, he must have been disgusted haha.

i think that is what he is suggesting, utter tripe from fergie saying that the better team lost. Bayern Munich Dominated them for the whole match in Munich and about 45 minutes of tonights game, absolutely brilliant "team" performance, moving the ball constantly against the 10 men.

It's simple, parents are to blame, if you are loved, educated and disciplined at home then there is no way you would ever go off the rails. -

I'll bring you back a copy of the local paper here in mexico city. About 3 our 4 police killed every day, 10 murders a day, 10 people killed by drunk drivers a day, bus drivers who run someone over then drive off because they would never be able to afford the health care payments to their victim, they show photos of everything, people decapitated by their killers, 2 weeks ago 40 were murdered in Acapulco by gangs on a rampage, they were killing police, army, bystanders, emabassy workers. The government just take peoples money and dont spend any of it on them. All government officials are corrupt. We got married over here, we had all the documents they wanted for the civil registry, all legalised and official, then the day of our marriage the judge tells us that one of our documents is not properly legalised even though it was done at the official place, she says dont worry, i'll sort it out for you, just give me 1,200 pesos (about £70), but dont pay it at the till, just directly to me. She must do that to every couple that get married. I lived in Spain and it was just as corrupt. People here in mexico get paid about £50 a week for 60 hours work. We are very fortunate to live in England but people always forget that. Every major city has crime, it is life. -

Family are friends with Vinny Samways, ex tottenham player and Wayne Lineker, owner of the Lineker's Bar chain. People to eat in our fish and chip restaurant: Peter Aliss, Shane Ward, George Graham (10 times), Alan Sugar (twice), Theo Paphitis (3 times, he had a right laugh with my dad, both are Greek and were chatting for half an hour, he brought 15 of his family with him and the guy who owns Blackpool pier), John Higgins, John Moncur, Stephen Warnock of Aston Villa (3 times), Tim Sherwood, Alan Ball and Mike Reid (before they died), Cilla Black, the Stein brothers, Don Hutchison.

We have been doing it for years and they do come out well but judging by the research i have done it has very little to do with osmosis and is more based on the simple fact that if you put something in water then water will go into any gaps. A much better way to do it I guess is like the americans who win all the awards, they inject marinade into the breast and then rub and cook. I agree with your hold-o-mat, we use something similar called a CVAP which reduces the weight loss of cooked chickens by about 16% over the course of 2 hours. when held in a humidifier they lose about 20% of their weight over that time compared with about 3 or 4% with the CVAP.

We are looking at brining out chickens overnight for our restaurant and the briners seem to suggest that the solution must be very salty to allow osmosis to occur, but if i remember rightly at school, osmosis is where water moves from the least concentrated solution to the most concentrated solution, hence, in my opinion water will leave the cells of the chicken and go into the brine solution, making the meat drier. Is there something I am missing? It just doesnt make sense to me, and judging by the wiki definition of osmosis I seem to be correct. Anyone know why brining works to make meat jucier? random question I know haha Dont worry, found the solution haha, close thread
