I went down the unconventional road, ref brakes . I,ve fitted Wilwood 4 pots with race pads .These are a very light weight set - up . I,ve had Brembo,s , uk Supra set up , front / rear , which were excellent , but this set - up is better than the uk brakes , but not on the same level as the Brembos , but then you aint spending £1.5 - £2 k . For around £800 - £1000 I will certainly use these again .

Ok guys , this Sunday is the last planning meet before D-day . Be meeting down Craigs ( Dr Jekyll ) 10.30 am . Bring some geldt as the T-shirts will be handed out + we need to get a pot together for the beer we will get at the marche in Dunkirk . Spoke to Tom ( antil mob ) yesterday and we need to bring the new walkie talkies on Sunday as hes got more powerful ones than the present ones . Lastly HEY HEY HEY 7 DAYS TO GO !!!!!¬!¬!¬!!

Great job Marcus . You gotta be chuffed with with end result, its a gem . I know that you and your mates have put some serious hours into this build . I,ll come up for a meet if given enough notice . Oh by the way mate , if the mural on the lid is the missus , any chance she could pop down to Cardiff to do a sitting for me . LOL See you soon mate !

Ok I,m not getting into any debate on the wrongs or rights , all I,m saying is that each year Japfest is flagged up on this site a lot earlier, than this year. And as you know we as a club are normally well represented at this event however, this year i put a thread up regarding Japfest on the Wales section a lot earlier than the official thread. Even though I know we have event organisers , my thread was not picked up by the afore mentioned EOs so we could get the ball rolling and get the tickets and club stand booked then confirmed .

Harley, nice one fella . I know there will be a great deal of people both at club level , and outside of the club , that always come to our club stand when at Japfest , who will be greatly disappointed by our absence .

Berg , just out of interest , don't you think we, as a club, should write a letter of complaint to the Japfest organisers putting the case of, early termination of the cut off date being totally out of order , and a stand be made available to our club, as we have been patrons of this event for many years and, as such thought they would have organised it to a higher standard than they have so far achieved .

Mate, I think you will find that if you were poking around 12/18 mths ago and could get an Aerotop for circa £4k it would have been a rough N/A . TBH the way the Supra is slowly going up in price to buy a N/A Aerotop in good condition you must be looking at £5k + .

If I,ve read it correctly then we don't have a club stand, just tickets , if this is the case I will not be going either ( which would be a missive piss off ) as this is the best show of the year eagerly awaited by a lot of members on here . So Berg ( or a mod ) can you clarify the situation please .

So all in all what does this mean ? , as it would be a sad day if we as a club did not have a club stand because of an internal problem with the organisers at Japfest .

Mate, I had a similar thing going on with my first mkiv Supra TT Auto and with mine it had a stutter on tick over as well as on acceleration . I changed the core pack clips and it resolved the problem , it turned out not to be the plugs but the core pack clips ( £17 ) delivered for 6 . If it turns out not to be the clips I,ve got a 2nd hand set of core plugs that I bought as spare set , you can have them for the price I paid £80 pp . But before you do anything check the core pack clips , and if they do need replacing its only £17 .

Hey Mahmood , looks like you,re going to be throwing a serious wedge of spondula,s on this , with some serious power gains. I,m not sure if you remember but , you once had a beautiful silver Aerotop that wanted for nothing ...... well thought I,d send you a pic of it when I was in Belgium recently . And let me reassure you it,s the best car of the 3 Supes I,ve owned and it always gets a crowd when parked up .

I think you,ve hit the nail on the head Jon . I know that the dealer selling this car have had it on sale quite a while , but if the advert is correct in its description it could be a very good buy . These Aerotops are going up in value quite steadily however , this one with this colour is even rarer than most. But before putting any money down on a Aerotop always check the engine and chassis numbers , as a lot of NA Aerotop Supra,s have had a TT transplant .So if its a genuine factory built Aerotop the numbers will be correct with the factory .
