  1. Just a foot note to my ad. Hey guys if you are interested in my car , I need a cash sale as the p/x offers I,ve had are defeating the reason of my sale .Its the space needed outside my house hence the sale. Cheers guys
  2. Yeah I understand your point but Pete is around 40 miles from me and it wont be a" quick walk round the corner" to pick up the car , unfortunately.
  3. Hi Scooter , you,re right its not advertised anywhere else as I really wanted it to go to another member on here . But as time moves on i might resort to that. Insurance isn't the problem , its a matter of space , i just don't have enough, if you were to see where i live you could understand. And the reason the new car is such an issue is, either the Aerotop, or the new car has to be parked a long way away from my house as i don't have a garage ,this area is prone to car vandals, and outside my house i have x2 cams, one pointed at the front, and one at the rear of my car .
  4. Cheers for that Pete , but I know once the Jacks know its there it,ll be painted white with a duck ( or is it a swan ) emblem ebossed to the bonnet. LOL Thanks again Pete .

    Europe

Well minimum wages are going to rise soon anyway, but what happens when ( if voted out ) we start to lose trade with the rest of the EU, and our exports are affected by our leaving . Will wages rise or fall ? Imo that when we lose that amount of trade to the rest of the EU not only will wages fall but job losses will ensue .

    Europe

IN ! And the reason being ive driven hgv 1 all over Europe carring every type of product from, hazardous liquids in bulk ( tankers ) , to fresh fish , poultry , lamb etc etc. ( in fridge trailers ) , and all in between .I have witnessed first hand the amount of trade that is exported to Europe , and of course we import a great deal of materials that are brought into the UK not only by foreign drivers , but by British drivers on their return load . Now the amount of UK workers all over Britain that work in industry will see a lowering in wages , as its my opinion that the rest of the EU will look to other countries to supply their needs , thus keeping trade within the boundries of the Eu , which if voted to leave Europe we would lose out in trade and ultimately a loss of UK jobs.
  7. Ok guys , the situation is I got my Aerotop for sale on here . I know its in magnificent condition so put it on sale £13k ( little interest ) , dropped to £12k ( little interest ) , so its up for realistic offers now , again not much interest . So today I took it to a garage and they offered me £6k . Now I know its worth double that, if only because of its condition . BUT I need to sell VERY soon, and I,m giving this a great deal of thought as I need space, and that around here is at a premium .I,ve got about maximum of 10 days before the new car arrives . Thoughts please guys .
  8. I think the Quattroporte and the Fiat Multipla have the same design guru ( ugly as s-ite ) lol !!
  9. Hi mate , not really looking to do p/x . But ....... pm with any offers.
  10. I,ve just been looking at the Maserati Granturismo 4.3 , but again , no idea of the pro,s and con,s of this mark , but has the looks .
  11. The trouble is I have owned 2 911s an old school 3.2 coupe, and the 911 964 c2 3.6 convertible . Both were money pits and not at all quick. My present budget is £30k-£40k .
  12. I get the way you,re thinking but, I physically cant do the maintenance that I have always done . So I need a car that needs less attention while can still offer performance and style in buckets just like the Supra. If I miss out on the deal I,ve already been offered , its no hardship to keep my Aerotop and put it into storage .
  13. Cheers Marcus , always nice to see good comments .
  14. Yeah my Supe is a cracking car and its my third one . But its in such good shape that since my truck accident my son has to keep it in top fettle , and as he is 37 with his own family, his time, washing , polishing , and keeping it in its current condition is getting too much . So I think its time to sell and get something a bit newer that needs less attention .
  15. Put a search up the other day for exhaust notes of the xkr with various makes of straight through,s .......... amazing !!!!!
  16. After getting back to the showroom from my XKR 5.0 test drive the salesman asked me to wait over by the demo 5.0 F-TYPE . When he came back he had the key , started it up and revved the throttle a touch ...... thought my ears were going to pop , but could not let me have a drive as the next pilot was in the showroom about to come out for his F - TYPE demo !!!!!!
  17. The F-Type is possibly the most beautiful car on the market right now . The problem is the 5.0 F-Type Coupe is still around £60k - £75k for a well looked after car ........ outer my budget by many many Ks . I took a 510 BHP XKR on a test drive with Stratstone Jaguar and that was a real eye opener.
  18. Has any of you had any experience of either 12 reg Mercedes c63amg or 11 reg Jaguar xkr 5.0 . The reason I ask is I have the chance of one for a good price , but as I,ve never previously owned either one would appreciate any imput from any forum member that has . Cheers guys
  19. Yeah sorry about that , bit confusing. I,ve withdrawn the sale for the time being and might re-sell when the weather gets a little warmer.
  20. Not sure why you do it ? You get a beautiful car, spend thousands of £s getting it to a fantastic condition , then sell . Who ever ends up with this has a car, that's never wanted for anything, will be a classy chassis for many more moons to come. Sorry to see this but we all have circumstance that rears its head from time to time . Will not have any problem selling this as I know .... I bought your last beauty. GLWS
