  4. yeah you're probably right, good luck with the sale anyway
  5. so does that mean they are too small for my car?
  6. thanks Ian, the guy isn't sure if they will fit but as you say 7.5" is thinner than the stock 17's I have now, I think I will leave it, I just liked the style of them: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=139743
  7. After some advice, I have found some wheels I am interested in but I need to know if they will fit over the uk brake setup. Obviously I don't have the wheels to try in place. They are 18" x 7.5" width. Can anyone offer any info? thanks

    Oil change

I have access to car lifts which helps , you can reach your arm in to get to the filter from behind the trays, the filter was hand tight too which is always good, the peugeot filter had to have a screwdriver stabbed through it about 8 times, it was seriously tight, as stevie says the sump plug is exposed anyway so that it easy too, it took 5.9 litres to fill it

    Oil change

Just changed my oil on the supra I cannot believe how easy it was to do, you don't have to take off the undertray things like I thought you would, thank god cos it looks like theres about a million 10mm bolts holding it on I used Silkolene pro s 10w50 oil and a purolator L10241 oil filter both from Opie oils. The funny thing is I just did our peugeot 307 hdi oil this morning aswell and it took 3 times as long to do, awkward the french aren't they
  10. Hi Dave Would the wheels clear uk brakes?
  11. I do, but I just can't afford it at the moment
  12. O2 sensor perhaps? I'm sure someone with more knowledge will help you out shortly mate
  13. Thanks guys I got a 5 litre tub and a 1 litre tub so I should have enough
  14. I have just bought some silkolene 10w50 Pro S oil and a purolator oil filter (L10241) from opie oils. Has anyone used these on their supra's, are they any good? They were recommended by Simon from opie for a BPU supra. I thought my engine oil was looking a bit dark when I looked at the dipstick the other day so I decided I would do an oil change
  15. Mine has tein ss suspension and it seems excellent, I haven't owned the car that long so I haven't driven it hard round corners yet
  16. Disgusting behavior, whoever did that should be ashamed of themselves the scumbags. Sorry mate, thats awful, I can't imagine how peed off you are feeling

    bodyshop

Yeah i'd keep it stock mate, option 1
  18. I would get one ready built mate, I built mine myself and ended up paying far more than I would have if I got a similar spec one from dell or somewhere like that, having said that it hasn't given me any problems in the two years I've had it and you know it's built with quality components
  19. well done mate, I wish I could get my backside into gear and lose a couple of stone

    MR2 or FTO

I would go for the mr2 just because they are more reliable
