I think "not used" means that the pin has no wire going into it, there are quite a few blanks on the plugs

Thanks Ian , any idea why the japanese pinout diagram shows 58b as the IGF but the AEM pinout Diagram says 58B is not used? I will find out which one is right tomorrow anyway. Do the rest of my wires look right to you or do you think I shouldn't risk tapping into it? cheers

thanks Simon, There are ignitors 1-6, 52B-57B to choose from, any ideas which one to splice into? Do you see any others that I have got wrong?

I think I've worked out some of them but I still can't work out where all my S-afc wires should go, here is the S-afc installation guide: http://www.mkiv.com/techarticles/afc/index.html The ECU pinout list is on pages 5-8 of this document: http://www.zen85016.zen.co.uk/downloads/10-1100%20for%20EMS%20-%2030-1100.pdf So far I think the S-afc wires splice into the following on the ECU plugs (PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG!!!): Red (12V+ Ignition): 31A Switched 12v from main relay ? Grey (Throttle): 43B TPS signal input ? Brown & Black (Ground): 69B Chassis ground? Yellow & White (Airflow) : 62B Map Sensor input ? Pink & Orange (Not used/needed) I can't find where to splice the Green wire (RPM), Guessing maybe 21B, 23B or 2A which are all speed sensors??? I am not sure about any of these and would appreciate someone with a bit of experience to verify which wires go where. I'd really appreciate some advice or info, I am new to this game . thanks guys

Cheers Wez, I'll give that one a go at the weekend . When I say 3 plugs I mean it has a single plug and then what looks like 2 plugs with the retaining bolt in the middle of them, you're right though it comes out as one.

Can anyone find the ECU pinout diagram for a 1996 P reg j-spec facelift auto TT, it is not a VVti model, it has 3 plugs? I am trying to fit my Apexi S-afc 2 but the pinout diagrams I have got don't match the wiring instructions for the S-afc, according to the instructions I am supposed to splice into wires that are blanks in the ecu plug, It must be the wrong pinout diagram. Anyone? Cheers
