I agree, Jenkinson, for me was Arsenal's best player in terms of effort, the rest of the defenders and midfielders were shocking, Djourou isn't too bad when he's got Vermaelen telling him what to do, without him he's useless. Wenger just needs to swallow his pride and buy the players he needs regardless of the over inflated prices, sign Cahill, sign Jagielka, sign Hazard and you could do alot worse than Scott Parker too. I think Frimpong will become a good player fairly quickly as cover for Song. I also believe Man City are ruining it for everyone else with their ridiculous wage packets on offer but it's not something new, AC Milan, Real Madrid and Barcelona have been doing it for years and it wasn't long ago Chelsea were a mid table team. Its 6 of one and half a dozen of the other, either spend some money on experienced quality players and stay in the top four, or drop into the running for the Europa league at best instead and probably lose more money than you would signing the 2 or 3 decent players we desperately need. Who knows anything about this Park Chou-Young that is rumoured to be signing? his goals to games ratio dosn't look all that impressive to me but i've never seen him play. I'm also concerned it will upset any negotiations that may be going on for Hazard's services.

Hopefully a wake up call for Arsene, why can't he see what the rest of us have known for a long time, his squad wasn't good enough before selling Nasri and Fabregas, i'm sorry but Gervinho and Chamberlain don't cut it, both good additions for the squad but they need some new stars, and badly. I think Paul Merson summed it up today really.

Thats a very good point, especially if buying in the winter months, supra's aren't the best cars to be learning to drive in snow and icy conditions.

Welcome, with your budget I would go for a single turbo if I were you, most people seem to start off saying a tt is fast enough for them, then get bored and go BPU and say thats fast enough for them, then eventually it becomes the norm, and they seek further power, it'll work out cheaper to buy a single setup ready done, than to buy a stock car and convert it yourself but you need to know what has gone into the build before you buy it (receipts, quality/trusted components used etc). As suggested, you really need to test drive or at least have a ride in both. There's a wealth of knowledge on the single turbo subject on here (i'm not one of them), who i'm sure will be happy to answer any questions you have.

Even though it's new it could be the bulb is faulty?, also check the connections to the ballasts are nice and clean maybe spray a bit of wd40 on them. You could try swapping the bulbs over and seeing if the drivers one starts flickering instead, if not try swapping the ballasts over aswell to eliminate them.

Welcome Neil, If you have the cash ready now there's a bargain single turbo 6 speed manual for sale at the minute for £8000 (search for Rich's thread, I don't think you will get one cheaper) I have driven a stock GT4 and owned a ST202, neither compare to the supra (TT) in my opinion. If you've had it tilted to one side or turned upside down for any reason they smoke like b*stards for about 2-5 minutes, just keep it running and see if it settles down.

Insurance prices now are just madness, when I was 18 I insured a swift gti for £1100 and an xr3i a year later for £1250 and they were considered performance cars, I remember thinking I was being ripped off at those prices. My first car was a fiat uno 1.0, £300 as a named driver on my Dads policy but to insure it by myself it would have been £600 (I remember because I couldn't afford that at the time).
