  1. A few hints for you here! Here is the link to my garage for a spoilerless example. I had it covered as well and I love it, the only thing I would rather have done is a TRD w/CF centre blade but it wasn't in the cards at the time, I prefer the unique look I have now! http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/vbpicgallery.php?do=view&g=3496 As for wheels, I have really been loving Volk lately, here are my 2 favorites. SF Challenge in Gunmetal, best looking on a white Supra imo SF Challenge in Black Lastly, Volk TE37's in Gunmetal
  2. [sHOCK][/sHOCK] Thanks alot for the info! Sounds like more HP than I was looking for, but it might not be a bad thing!
  3. $1250, which according to their website isn't a steal but it's a decent price.
  4. Found one of these for a great price. Has anyone had any experience with CompTurbo products? .84A/R with divided exhaust side housing 2.5" compressor outlet intake is 4" opening of the vband is 3.5"
  5. Did a search for this and all the threads I found are over a year old. Was wondering who on here still does this, or knows someone that can do a seat re-trim (set of Cobras) for a reasonable price. Gibson would have been my first choice but don't think they are around any more. Any help?
  6. This car is, well, very interesting to say the least. I don't think I really like it, especially with all the work that was done to the interior/exterior and under the hood looks garbage compared to the rest. http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/1693695.htm
  7. I am definitely feeling the same way. Since I am going back to the states next year I am weary to sink any more money into a car I can't bring back with me even though I have so much more I would do to it. I feel guilty buying all these parts and letting them sit when I could easily slap them on my aero. I definitely have never fallen in love with any car like I did with the Supra though!
  8. Thanks for the insight buddy, will keep that in mind! Looking up the Hypermax II's you noted i accidentally came across a full explanation of the D version. http://www.horsepowerfreaks.com/partdetails/HKS/Suspension/Coilovers/Hipermax_D/7575 For anyone interested. Talks about the Silvias but applies across the board I am sure. Guess I won't have a use for something like this unless I build a drift kit haha
  9. Here is a picture, contacted him about the part number. He listed in his ad they were discontinued. They look so good!
  10. Anyone had any experience with these? How are they as compared to Tein Super Street, found a beautiful new set of these in the states for a bargain and thinking very hard about snatching them up!
  11. Yes I am unfortunately :S
  12. Thanks for the offer mate, but those straps are way too big for me!
  13. It's quite the contrary, getting parts here is far easier considering most are made in Japan. For example a TS bumper runs about 240 quid here, we will even give it 300 for a new one. A secondhand TS in the states cost about $900. Largely due to the part that alot of the neat little things you have here in the UK in volume are very rare in the U.S. The car itself being a prime example, an N/A cost like $15k....
  14. Thanks for the advice guys, always good to hear from experienced people! Keep it coming please! Also, does RLTC work with manuals? Very unfamiliar in that area
  15. Glad to see you are off to a good start this year, I will be truly sad next year when I leave the U.K and I don't have you guys around to do my tune-ups! Best of luck to you and your team Paul!
  16. I am soon to be moving back to the U.S. (Soon is a relative term, early next year). So I have started to snatch up parts here to start my big single build. To give everyone an idea of what I am going for, is literally an entire rebuild of the car. I plan on having the chassis stripped and sprayed (thinking Gunmetal or Saph Blue...) the engine completely redone with pistons, cams etc. Custom interior, basically the whole show car ordeal. I have owned 2 Supras now and I am absolutely in love with them, I just can't picture driving another car, but I digress. To the real point I started this thread. I would like peoples input on what singles are ideal for this purpose, I am looking to make around 500-600 BHP, the car will be street legal with no cage so I can't imagine going above that. What turbos work the best? I ask the question because manufacturer sites are clearly biased and I would like the working mans opinion. What sort of boost controllers/ECU's is everyone running and had the best experiences with? Am I naive to not at least put a half cage in? Will I need to get a 6sp conversion done or will the 5sp gearbox hold that much HP? My last question, which I had trouble finding an answer to on google before I came here is. Do I need to start with an N/A engine to go single or can you take a TT engine single and if so, which is better? Of course most of these answers are based on personal opinion but I figured some of you guys have been around for a while and have seen peoples struggles and could offer me some solid advice. Thanks in advance, Nick
  17. Still after a set of these ^ ^
  18. Despite the fact I have been spoilerless or nearly a year now and have a biased opinion I think it looks absolutely mint with the black spoiler on there. I hate that Blitz front end but to each their own, I had a nasty little VS wing on mine before so I feel your pain, nobody wants to fork over that kind of money for a spare ironing board GL with your sale!
  19. Keron only had complete CF TRD spoilers left a few weeks ago, hopefully he got some more in, I have been having to buy mine in parts lol
  20. 1. Ricky49 2. Sakey 3. m_life 4. mr veilside 5. aman00123 6. TTRickeh 7. Scott M 8. conncl 9. Rob W 10. Jamesy 11. Stratty 12.Spike3.0 13. Cerikbok
  21. Not really my cup, but thanks alot for the reply!
  22. Looking for some 3 point or 5 point harnesses as I have bought new bucket seats for the Supra. Prefer Sparco but open to others!
  23. Bump....need this soon as the car is going into the shop!
  24. Looking for a centre blade of any sort for a TRD spoiler!
