  1. man, this thread is funny... That seth green parody, just plain wrong. The real thing I got about 15 seconds into and closed, I wasn't sure if it was a male or female (or both), and it sounded odd...
  2. Working in computer repairs, the majority of the computers I repair are dell! Admittedly its typically down the user error, but it does frustrate me.
  3. Really depends where you go and who you're mates with! Depends how much the re trim'd cost, because you CAN get a good full resparay for £1500. If you do most of the car stripping yourself, it costs less. Anyone remember the line from 2 fast 2 furious that those guys with the muscle cars make about the main characters cars? 'cereal box cars' Applicable? I think so!
  4. Awww... Keep it up mate, you must be racking up the miles in that pissrat of yours!

    Help!!

Dont even go there. I dont have the belly Well insulted now!
  6. How about this: Pay £2000 for it (obviously the sell would want more, but irrelevant) Spend £2000 on new paint job and getting it retrimmed, and you've got yourself a nice car for £4000. Cheap nice supra I reckon

    Help!!

Ironic or not its a sensible idea (when you've pretty much run out of places) to go to a discussion forum where people are (typically) very helpful. Of all the forums I go on, this is the one I'd get the biggest slatering on for ANY mistake, go check VZi, retro rides, saab forums etc. Look at the first reply he got, thats the sort of reply he should get. Something helpful. You've said what you wanted to, so now p*** off and be unhelpful elsewhere. He's sorted now, thanks to another member of the forum. Oh and, I dont just pop back for these little digs, I just dont postthat often
  8. Good old bloke CJ, haven't seen him since he dropped a bunch of stuff off at our work, glad we got to say bye properly, and glad to hear he's doing well! If you get the chance, pass all of our regards onto him and tell him to swim more so he doesn't get fatter
  9. Its nice, I'll say that. Not sure where'd I'd put it on the price scale tbh, its a really awkward subject. Personal opinion, I'd say yes, its too cheap for a facelift.
  10. gotta echo everyone else, great apart from light covers! Lovely blue, would like to see a supra in that sort of blue, but satin finish. get the URl and put before it and after it...

    Lexus SC430

Potentially, yes, but it'd take a LOT of work. Comparison for me is the rear lights on the latest aristo. Only seen one good example, personally I'd want to plate them over. Thats how much I dislike the shape of that lexus. And to think it is meant to be a replacement for the old soarer...
  12. Tbh the ONLY thing you can do is return it to the manufacturer... Thats the biggest annoyance with modern electronics, they cant be worked on.
  13. I reckon thats the card you want... But I also know you can buy them from our website (as a computer shop, not a dead cheap interney shop) for about £100 inc p&p, which GUARANTEE'S you'll find them cheaper than that... Depends on make, but get the 512mb one.
  14. Wasn't the bloke who did 150 odd in Scotland (he wasn't in England anyway)? Stricter rules for that up there... And its a lie, the fastest caught motorist was a motorcyclist doing over 180mph! That was quite a long time ago I think. I've done a ton and 8 once, and damn, that was scary. Maybe that was because it was a car that was designed to be driven at 85 tops
