  1. No its not had a knock, the guy I got to fit some light lenses said that this was the best he could do. They are slightly raised but they do look a darn sight better than the horrible crazed lenses the car was fitted with before.
  2. I do hear ya buddy but the cars in the shop having the turbo rebuilt at the moment, stored high on a ramp and he can't move it.
  3. I'd say try it, thats the only way you'll know for sure. I drove 40 ft rigids & artics for years on removals & to be honest most of the time an artic can be easier to get into driveways. If she don't go in backwards then try driving from the opp side of the road slightly past the driveway entrance then reverse & shunt until you can hook the front end into the driveway. This sometimes works as you can hang the arse end over the ditch & push it into the trees giving you a couple of valuable feet. If you do drive in get some thick ply to put over the grass so you can drive accross it without getting stuck thus allowing the rear axle to pass the gate post.
  4. I did try to upload some photos but the mb limit is quite small on here so only managed to upload 1.
  5. Just an update. I've had a few offers on the car that are nearly but not quite my rock bottom price. I'll feel stitched up but would accept £6800 for a quick sale. Anyone else interested out there?
  6. Thanks Tom, you are a gentleman & a schollar!
  7. Can anyone tell me the name of the six speed box thats fitted to my year 2000 na supra? The car is for sale on this site & someone has asked me the question & it dawned on me that I have absolutely no idea...
  8. Last time I bought 12 months it cost £180. That was back in November, not sure when the changes start but as its pre 2001 it won't cost more than £200 for 12 months.
  9. I second that they were 330's. The conversion was done in Jap land although I had the ecu & loom fitted here, the Jap set up did not excite.
  10. They can be or even as has been seen on this site tripples! can't remember where I saw the photo but I'm sure they used 2835's. This spools up quickly thou & can be driven hard on b roads :Dwhere I do most of my miles.
  11. Its tricky in the present economic climate. The car owes me shed loads, I've had the turbo rebuilt recently plus the ecu & mapping etc. I suppose I wouldn't let it go for any less than £7500. I'm starting a cab company so I need to buy a diesel luxury car to smoke around in.
