  1. Congratulations to you both
  2. Thanks everyone Had a really great day in the end, couldn't have gone better. My brother turned up in the end and he was even wearing a suit, shame about the trainers though. The photographer got some good pics of us with the Supra so i'll post some up when we get them.
  3. Well, i've been engaged for about six years and now the big day is finally here. I'm trying to chill out at the moment by munching a bacon sarnie and having a cup of tea. I've just called my brother to make sure he's up and guess what, he didn't even know my wedding was today! Dissapointed to say the least. Also just found out my best man hasn't got me a card, a present or even a few quid in his pocket to get me a pint. But nevermind, I'll be a married man soon
  4. I'm still hoping to come but not sure if i'll be allowed out to play because the missus has got her sister and kids coming down from Leeds. I'll work on her tomorrow and see how it goes

    Ceramic Knives?

I saw that one ages ago and wanted to try them myself. I'd forgotten all about them until now, I might have a look on Amazon and see what I can find.
  6. 1.) SupraDan24 2.) M5W TT 3.) mikeyh 4.) McGoo 5.) Probrox I'll try to come along as its not too far away. Would be good to see the Supra's on the track
  7. This is my puppy George. First 2 are about at 9 weeks old and the other 2 are from yesterday (19 weeks).
  8. The price you've put on there is £55. Isn't that the price for club members only, outsiders are at £65 I thought. Also, I'm not sure if there are drift places left as it says 20 max and there are 23 so far.
  9. If you do, I could be tempted to take the other one at that price!

    DVLA Problem

Best bet is to take it into the local DVLA office to send off on your behalf, and get them to write you a receipt. They can't argue if you have a statement from one of their employees, although I'm sure they would try.
  11. Thats what I was going to suggest. There is also the 'Sonic Boom' alarm clock that I got for my brother last christmas. I think it was about 100db and also has a vibrating thing to go under your mattress/pillow. That one worked for him.

    DVLA Problem

My other half works for the DVLA so I just gave her a call to ask on your behalf. From what she has said there is no way of getting out of the fine without proof of postage of the logbook. If you had contacted the DVLA when you received the tax reminder it might have been a different story, but because the buyer filled in the form requesting the logbook I think it is automatically decided that it was the fault of the seller. She also said that they don't bother going to court any more, they just send the bailiffs round. I was hoping to find a way out of it for you, but it doesn't look likely I'm afraid
  13. It looks like you've put alot of work into it, really hope it turns out how you want it too. Good luck
  14. Just signed up to both. Looking forward to the start of the season.
  15. Cheers lads, had a good day
  16. 1. Tony_TT 2. RobD 3. BazzaAlpine ( Maybe ) 4. Supra_T 5. Supra Steveo ( maybe ) 6. Probrox (Maybe) I'd like to get to this but it's a week before I get married so I can't guarantee it at the moment. Depends if everything gets sorted in time.
  17. Paypal and ebay were the first sites I changed my password on. I really don't need anyone wasting my money for me, i do a good enough job of that myself.
  18. I always use different passwords for all of my accounts, for that reason. Like I said, I only use my home or work computer for email so i can only assume it was one of those that was compromised. I've got a netgear wireless router at home which I thought would be secure. When I set it up I think I used WEP/WPA2 (or something like that). My work PC isn't wireless so that shouldn't be the problem there. Our IT Support company have remote access but I usually have to manually let them on when they request access.
  19. Ignore my last post, I just checked again and you're right. I missed that one. So it looks like they got my email first. Without knowing my password what are the methods that these people use to get in? I'm fairly clued up with computers but not on the hacking thing. Just want to be able to better protect myself in the future.
  20. It is the email account I use for facebook, but I had nothing in the deleted items. All i had was an email notifying me that the password had been changed in the inbox, but no emails for forgotten password/password reset.
  21. I only ever use my home and work pc to sign in to email or facebook though. There is no access to the office at that time and I was tucked up in bed at that time with the missus. Also, the passwrds for the email and facebook are different and there are no facebook details on any of my saved emails. I'm just surprised they managed to get into both.
  22. I had considered this, but the changes were made at about 2am this morning, and my passwords are fairly secure and certainly not guessable. I've checked all sent items and there isn't anything suspicious there at all. I did think it was strange that the status update was changed as I had also assumed it had been done for phishing email purposes. I've changed all important passwords now so hopefully that will be the end of it, can't help but worry though. Just confused as to how it was hacked in the first place
