just phoned dvla they said the car is taxed on the system but its down the the fuzz how they deal with it as its an offence to drive without it on display

ordered my car tax online tuesday night now i wont get it till next wednesday at the earliest,that means no supra for a week. [ANGRY][/ANGRY]

saw it today about 5.45 going round the ladygrove bypass, i was in my high powered berlingo van i did wave but obviously it looked a bit odd as i wasnt in the supra

intersting it hasnt got a boost controller fitted. i wonder how he done it.

i was speaking to my friend who i bought my uk spec tt off. i asked him about the restrictor ring after reading and seeing it so much on the site. he said that when it was fully decatted and the new blitz exhaust fitted the ring was taken out and the boost was set to run at 1.2 bar boost. going through the search section i noticed some people dont use them at all. the car was running without its ring for about 18 months with no probs as well. i asked him if he had it on a dyno he said he did but couldnt remember what it was running. the car has no decatts full blitz system,air filter upgrade,colder plugs,front mount intercooler (large one ), any rough estimates on power and does it sound safe like this as i dont want to chance anything really

saw a nice black supra today going round wallingford bypass about 5 ish. got a flash and a wave nice one:)

i have got a set i dont use with tyres not sure what there worth though i live in oxfordshire

both my turbos come in at 4k revs how bad is this going to be. while it has been dry i have been out and about getting used to the supra and its very tricky for a newbie to keep hold of,coming of a roundabout earlier with traction control switched off got the car straight in second gear foot down and back end was all over the place. traction control i seem to get on well with dont know of any other peoples opinion on this though

the cars are as follows 1. clio cup racer ( ironic as i just sold mine ) 0 to 60 in 4.6 in the spec 2. caterham 3. jag xkr with paddle shift wow 4. porche 911 5. off road track with land rovers 6. 2 different single seaters as well i will be turning in up in the supra hope they dont think i am a boy racer with a loud exhaust lol

my car at the moment has a set of adavan siennas in 19" variety. the chrome on the spokes has been a bit neglected some what and looks a bit tatty in places are there any traders you could recommend to sort this out as the invoice for the wheels was 2400 inc vat without tyres so i would like to get them tidyed up a bit.

i dont use the baffle on my blitz system. one of my neighbours did say nice car but a bit loud i said it is loud but there isnt much i can do about it sorry.

do you need the restrictor ring on uk spec cars. so far car has full blitz system no cats fmic uprated spark plugs air filter water injection ( a bit piontless for me ) is this bpu or not quite god i am a newbie lol
