I had a UK N/A T bar, till i had a Turbo transplant, really nice car to drive, never had any probs with mine apart from droplinks which are a common failure on the MR2. T tops never leaked on mine (must have picked a good one). Longest I'v kept a car too. Heres a pic of my old one which was taken by Michael.

My speedo has not worked properly from me first getting the car 18 months ago but think i ought to do something about it now. It has a MPH sticker on speedo so i assume it has a converter fitted. I have checked it against a sat nav. Sat nav reading 30mph My speedo 40mph Sat nav reading 40mph My speedo 52mph ish Sat nav reading 50mph My speedo 65mph Sat nav reading 60mph My speedo 77mph ish Sat nav reading 70mph My speedo 88mph ish Sat nav reading 80mph My speedo 100mph I have 19" wheels with correct tyres fitted so rolling radius is right, I had these wheels on my Soarer and speeds read right, even if it is out slightly it only alters speed by a few mph. So could my problem be just a faulty speedo converter (as i said assuming one is fitted which i dont doubt) or could the speedo itself be the main problem?? Are speedo's prone to fault?? Anyone please.

I am taking an elderly friend to Hunstanton for a funeral on Thursday but i'm not keen on attending it (not my friends or relo's) so i wondered if there was anything for me to do in Hunstanton at this time of year while she attends the funeral. Or anyone on here i could poss pass a couple of hours with.

Been to Dom Rep and Cuba in September and October and never had any bad weather really. September and October can be a bit showery. It can bucket it down for 5 mins then half hour later its bone dry again. Oh and it never gets chilly believe you me. If you want to do something at night then Mexico would be better, been there too. If you do Cuba you must do the self drive speed boat trip, its excellent.

Ahh the one known as the widowmaker. They are fetching silly money now. Saw one at our local pub bike nights last year and the guy had joined an extra barrel on to make it a 4 cylinder 1000cc. He'd made a real good job of it, looked factory.

I have a Toshiba 32" and the picture quality is way infront of my dads Panasonic and friends Sony. Theirs is like watching it through a bathroom window compared to my Toshiba.

Get it done professionaly. My mate is a professional tinter, there is an art to it. Saying that, I'v watched him do it many times and i think i could tint my own windows without a prob now.

Might have to come and have a look mate.
