  1. R.I.P My thoughts go out to friends and family. 23, same age as my son, that bought a tear straight away. I gave up biking last year for good.
  2. As has been said normal spray paint is fine for ANY plastic under the bonnet, heat wont effect it. If doing such as cam covers or any other engine bit, Plastikote spray paint is fine, its a higher temp paint, also from Halfords and the like. This was my MR2 engine done in Plastikote
  3. My mates a proffessional window tinter and when he has to remove some he uses thinners and paper towels because the old tint leaves glue on the window. He also scrapes it with a razor blade after softening it with the thinners. Messy and time consuming.
  4. That young kid is talented, so are all the others posted. I so wish my son had carried on with lessons when he was about 8 or 9, it came to him very easy, picked a song up straight away but he lost interest. Often think what he would play like now at 23.
  5. Where did you get the boss from and how much??
  6. I sold my Rev 1 MR2 Turbo to a guy in UK a couple of years ago for £2200 (was the going rate), few months later i got a email from a guy in Sweden asking me questions about my car because he was interested in buying it from a garage over in Sweden, I nearly fell off my perch when he told me how much it was up for sale for:faint:...............£8,500....... He sent me the link to the advert to prove the price. Infact i think the same guy is on this forum, cant remember his name now though.
  7. These are the indicators i bought. http://www.jdmperformance.co.uk/item_detail.php?prodID=55690 Then 2 wiring looms from MrT £30
  8. The Thoresby jap show in Nottinghamshire is on Sunday 5th July this year. Lets try and get a few more Supra's there this year
  9. Was the active spoiler gadget easy to fit?? and link. (i cant find it) I have got OEM skirts and spats to fit so would prob look better with original front.
  10. I dont very often see mine with spoiler down but just had a look at your garage and the black one does look good i have to admit.
  11. What needs doing to it?? You are a bit far away too.
  12. I know i might be p$$sing in the wind but is there anyone wanting to go back to a stock front bumper with active spoiler who at the moment has an aftermarket bumper?? willing to do a swap. I cant make my mind up which aftermarket one to consider," Not Veilside " so if there is anyone please PM me. Also is it a big job to take the active spoiler and bits off??
  13. The indicators are a straight swap but you need to get 2 new indicator wiring looms and do a bit of modding to these.
  14. There are some jokers about http://pistonheads.com/sales/894650.htm
  15. How much was it including delivery??

  20. Etche primer first then normal primer. Although i have gone straight onto the gelcoat after a good key, with normal primer and had no problems.
  21. I'v got one but didnt pay that much, but that does say polished, mine wasnt. I polished it myself. I'v just sprayed the ends blue (yeah i know everyone goes blue), hopefully fitting tomorrow, Will get a pic when fitted. Think i paid £25 all in.
