    Abs???

Tony, retrofitting ABS means, amongst other things, changing all the hubs. I'm sure someone more knowledgable can give a full run down. Its just not worth the cost or hassle, and it would cost a fortune to ship. Better off just spending money on a good brake set up. UK spec brakes would be adequate for you, but again they weigh a fair bit with discs etc... Have you looked into the reply I gave you for the bits you wanted? May be over December so keep in touch.
  3. Your starter motor is fooked. End of. You can refurb yourself, but it can be a PITA unless the car is on ramps. Starters normally give notice of imminent failure, you have just been unlucky!
  4. Whats your budget? Its pointless suggesting wheels when we dont know your spending ceiling, probably factoring in some recuperation with the sale of the ones fitted at present. What are they by the way.........
  5. You must have had her out by now J. Is it running properly yet? Come on-pics........
  6. There is no exact science to restrictor rings, ie. 58 mm wont always give you 1.2 bar for example. Whifbitz, a trader on here do a RR which many people have used with success. You are best to get an electronic boost controller if you want it to be right, along with, probably, a 1 bar RR. Have a read of this thread http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?249057-Maximum-boost-on-stock-TT-after-decat&highlight=bossco from post 8 onward he lists a few measurements he has made in order to acheive a (for him) desirable boost level.
  7. LOL @ the above- thats the link the OP posted! Some great info here http://www.max-boost.co.uk/max-boost/supra/boosting_the_beast.htm A great website
  8. Pm me your details please I will have the steering wheel posted so give me an inclusive price Thanks
  9. How do you store/save these images? Bizzarely mine is pictured at my ex gf's and my mates house, but not mine!
  10. Care to share Ian, as I'm about to change my front shocks and this particular aspect looks a PITA having looked at tDR's "how to" several times. I have even bought a pair of long nosed mole grips in anticipation of issues with the ARB link Thanks.
  11. A few on here http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_nkw=supra+exhaust+gasket+&_trksid=p5197.c0.m627
  12. Oh yes they did! Saw it last week on Dave/Top Gear to celebrate its 40th birthday. So there :p Great quiz btw Mr Tee
  13. I'll take this please. Does it require special clamps'
  14. Where in Cheshire do you live? If you can get to Liverpool I can show you a bathroom stockist whose prices, frankly, make some quoted on here baulkingly ridiculous.
  15. Your initial post was lacking in or That would have signified jocularity . Very good ;)
  16. Shiny....................check Black....................check White bits.............check You trying to tell us something?
  17. I'd be more worried about the colour of the dash tbh mate. If you like it then no problem.... Edit... looks like the gaiter is aftermarket stuff- best go back to stock for a proper fit IMO
  18. I will be able to make it this year for the first time! This would do for me, Don't know whether to take the TT or NA. Also can't make my mind up whether to camp/hotel. Anyone got anything that could sway me either way?
  19. It will be the nature of your new driving habits. Lets assume before your new job you used your car 3 times weekly totalling 35 miles. With that sort of use you'll be lucky to get 12 to the gallon, even NA. Now you are getting the engine properly warmed up, and probably a lot less stop/start driving. This equates to far better mpg, which is probably only 20 mpg anyway. 95 is fine on a stock NA engine.
