fitting non genuine skirts, can they be made that wrong?

Post a link up to the new skirts. Are they brand new? Hopefully one of the many bodywork experts can contribute but I would imagine ill-fitting skirts may be a nightmare due to the lack of flex within the length. Best to buy a 2nd hand set which are a known fitment quantity and quality. -

Dont skimp on brakes mate, even on a NA. OEM is best, but I think there are some decent branded stuff on e-bay, but beware of fakes. You wont know till you need them!

Read this http://www.max-boost.co.uk/max-boost/supra/turbo.htm It explains the workings of the system very well. Go to the bottom of the page, click "Boosting the Beast", and it will explain that there are 2 wastgates, and how to do what you require with a MBC and EBC together. It tells you how to keep pre-spool on turbo2. which is often not happening with the fitting of a "boost controller" Read it a few times. -

If you've recently had your plugs changed I will bet its a faulty/loose coil pack connecter. A known weak point. There is a thread in FAQ on how to refurb them.

Its a pre-facelift. The facelift bar you removed fits both. Have you still got it? Facelift clear indicaters (upgrade) require 2 looms.Mr T I'm afraid...........
