  1. Yeh, plus 4%, so where is it? You owe me 24 hrs interest, n oob, co..k:search:
  2. Really? So why is my current a/c £83.20 light? Make ur mind up, ur keeping the car or selling? Seems to me you are selective to whom you sell. What you dont appreciate, noob, is that we made acontract. See my dispute thread 2mo. Read it and weep, obviously being ignorant of English Law and Jurisprudential etiquette, I can and WILL enforce our "contract":)
  3. But hes keeping the car.................................................
  4.:thumbdown:Give me my money back Plus 4% Now
  5. Sorry Jamie, but hes keeping the car, so can you return the money?

  7. Oh, sorry, before you last edited it said "sold to that man" Now you change your mind? NO YOU SEND ME THE MONEY BACK VIA PAYPAL PLUS 4%, so u o me £83.20 plus 4%> Sort it. A deal is a deal.........................
  8. Clean license, weekend use only and 48..................£1293,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and its a N/A........WTF? Ta for link, Paul. Paul.
  9. Have not moved house in 20 years, the Supra is kept off-road, as indeed all my other weekend cars have been, also at the same address. I have just insured a 2.8 Shogun, kept ON the road, fully comp for £340!
  10. Ollie, received my renewal notice today. To say I fell through the floor is an understatement. It has exponentiated from £750(?) to £1280! To others reading this, I have not made a claim this last year, or indeed, in 31 years of driving. It is an NA, locked up in an upmarket area of Liverpool, with a Cat! alarm system. I also only use it of a weekend, and as such have a 5000 mileage restriction! I will not hear of it being a postcode issue, as there has been several reports lately that Liverpool lags far behind the likes of London, Manchester, Leeds and others I can't remember in car crime/theft incidences. The thought or my imminent renewal has been on my mind of late, so I have paid attention to Threads where this is mentioned. Naming no names, members on here in their early 20s with J-spec TTs are paying what I have been quoted, some even less with 6 points on their licence. I have none. Surely this is a mistake? To boot, I was not happy paying last years premium, but done so more in naivety than anything. Having been a member on here for almost a year, I conclude that LAST years premium seems, retrospectively, excessive. Prior to owning a Supra, I owned several Porsches, the last being a 944 S2 Turbo, with the same criteria EXACTLY as the Supra, yet the most I ever paid was £354. I look forward to your reply, and should this quote be correct, its justification to a 48 year old, never claimed, occasional user.
  11. Dont know if I can help, have 2 j-spec pre- facelift back lights going spare....... ring me 07877 064386 after 7.30. Paul.
  12. Have you got time to apply for a mortgage for the petrol? Car looks ace, mate.
  13. I use Lannervale in Liverpool. They are manufacturers, and I will eat my Supra if you can get better. Check out their prices. Went there yesterday for some replacement handles for a job, £2.34 + VAT. B+Q- £12.99! I kid you not............. All their carcasses are 18mm, you will find that cheap kitchens have 15mm. 3mm may not sound much of a difference, but when assembled they are much more sturdier and solid.
  14. [perhaps splash out on a car wash. Was that intentional wording?
  15. Know what you're feeling, mate. I lost my mum (unexpectedly) in February. She was a character, also. Remember her as such.
  16. http://www.cookhaus.co.uk/vinegar/index.htm Nor really relevant to the sup, but, my god, check out the results. Particularly good for 4x4, etc.
  17. I drove all around S.Africa last year, Jo'burg to Durban to Cape Town and back. We were told in no uncertain terms not to go into Jo'burg Centre, and to keep doors locked at all times! This has been prevalent over there for over 20 years, and we were also advised that if anyone approached us with a gun, just hand over the keys and not to be afraid to run red lights should you be / about to be in ANY danger. Guess what, the car hire company gave two white guys a gleaming WHITE car. Still, went through Soweto, no probs:)
