  1. I've used Norton for years with varios Porsches and now the Sup. I always deal with a guy called Martin Hamer. Scott, of you are over 30, the car is garaged and used as a 2nd car, give him a ring . Can PM you the number tomorrow if required
  2. So Europa not good enough for them? What pisses me right off is the Champions League dregs, thats any team, not just Liverpool, gets to conveniently play in the Europa when they fail So why dont the really good Europa teams, Benfica for example, get "promoted" to the Champions league? Makes my blood boil. If you fail in the Champions League you are out of European competitions for the season. Period.
  3. God knows where you woulf be with Davd Moyes budget year on year. Not to mention key long-term injuries. All that money spent, yet still on the edge of your seats waiting for Torres/Gerrard to be fit again. Frankly laughable. My best mate, who goes to EVERY Liverpool game, and we are both going to the World Cup, says Liverpool are SHITE and have NO CHANCE of finishing top 4. For some reason, though, I do think Rafa should stay. Financially, Liverpool are in a no worse position than other "top" clubs.
  4. 2nd or 3rd dibbs on dash panels- and can collect.

  6. I cannot, for the life of me, imagine you in a Smart car
  7. exactly, and not to mention the affect on your steering when hittting a couple of inches of water at even low speeds. Drive one-handed at your peril with 245s on the front in/after heavy rain.
  8. I had this problem the other week. Problem solved by resetting ECU. ie. disconnect the battery for 10 minutes. Simples.........
  9. That looks awsome. I assume the rear bumper is US specific? Dont seem to recall them being so proud in the UK. The 80s 911s had horrid overriders fitted to US versions.

NO- you must declare it as a converted vehicle from day one. If. it comes out in the wash, they have 100% grounds for not paying out. Some insurers will worm out of a payout for undeclared alloys

I would get a quote FIRST before committing, as some may refuse to insure the "modification". How old are you, where in Cheshire do you live? You MUST tell an Insurance Co that you have TT'd the car.
  12. If you borrow, say £500, then pay back, say £600/£550 2 to 3 weeks later, that would then equate to the outlandish quoted APR. An APR calculation is made by a highly mathematical equation, its not easy to do, or indeed comprehend. If you borrow £1000 off Barclays over a year and pay £1100 back, thats 10% to you and I, but the APR would actoally be about 25%...

No photo, but they DO split into 2 then rejoin. Fact.
  14. If this falls through I'll take 2nd dibbs at the asking price, please.
  15. http://www.thor-racing.co.uk/Top_Speed_Delimiter-TSD.asp This is the ONLY one you should consider. Do not be tempted by e-bay crap.
  16. I've got 2 Veilsides, unused and unfitted. Would prefer you take the 2 for £80, or £50 for one. You arrange courier.
  17. Get used to it lads. They've been doing this in Liverpool for YEARS.Its a PITA but has had a lot of success taking uninsured/non-taxed/mot'd vehicles off the road. I would imagine, in Liverpool, using the legal line,"you are inconveniencing me" would result in a top to toe search of your vehicle and being detained for at least an hour. In December they often do this in the morning to catch post night out excess alcohol levels.
  18. Looks superb, the only caveat being its a different black than the dash black IYKWIM? Maybe its the camera/flash? Completed picture will give a better indication:thumbs:
  19. oops, read but not understood-thought he was going UP a size. My comment is probably relevant in another random thread Probably:p
  20. Depends on the offset of wheels and the particular tyre. I have the same size as you on the rear with 265/35 Michelin Pilot Sports. I changed one to a Michelin Pilot Sport CUP and then had major rubbing issues on that one only. Best go for 265, but again depends on wheel offset. More details of your rear wheels offset, which is usually stamped on the inside, will provide better info.
  21. This is the exact problem I had. Bit of pushing and wiggling and they worked.
  22. Lenny the Bulldog, Betty the Shi Tzu and Poppy the King Charles Spaniel. Got no pics of the 5 cats
  23. The inspiration for The Exorcist.
