  1. Paul, I've got one you can have. Monday would be best for me, though its off a pre-facelift. Are the shapes/padding the same? Can meet you Ikea.
  2. Therefore you need to amend (again) your first post to tell people its a NA/TT conversion
  3. Veilside Andrews, and worth a few quid.
  4. A nice clean unmolested example. PLEASE keep it as is.
  5. That just has to be a wind up. Expertly condescending soliloquy by Mr Cholmondeley Warner. Remember the Harry Enfield "information" parodies?
  6. I remember leaving a packet of jelly-based sweets in the glove box of a Primera I rented to drive around S.Africa, including Kalahari. Cleaning the car out after 3 weeks to return, I was met with the sweetest smelling goo that resembled a liquidised alien foetus. BTW- it is officially the 1st day of Spring today, so it SHOULD feel like Spring
  7. No probs, Bob. You pay your membership to learn these things Heed my advice- find out the name of the tyres and DO A SEARCH. Please............
  8. That "thing" is called a spigot, is it plastic? You can get metal ones on fleabay for around £30. What tyres came with that package? Wanli/ Fullrun/ Federal, etc. You will need to change these asap. Type their name into the search box for others opinions. Wheels themselves look very smart.
  9. No idea what they are called. but I've got some you can have. PM me your details and will get them out Monday
  10. Budget? NA or TT? Out of interest, what did you pay for and sell your MA all those years ago? Welcome.
  11. Are they genuine facelift lights, or facelift-style pre-facelift? If they are the latter, you have paid WELL over the odds, as people have been offering this service for £120, although on an exchange basis.
  12. To clarify, MORE to buy, LESS to insure (UK spec that is)
  13. Where did you get them from, and specifically the "G" reg one? Linky?
  14. Neither do I, but it does explain the (to us) low insurance quote for a 19 yr old. Can you post a link, or tell us where you saw this reg?
  15. So....http://www.mkiiisupra.net/bbs/index.php
  16. Yes, but post 14 explains that Greddy made the Euro-spec spoiler, which I had stated it to be in an earlier post That looks like a stock spoiler to me yours sits lower, ie. European specification..................
  17. "G" is a Mk3 Supra- major difference....................
  18. Decent NA £3500, TT conversion £2300 manual or £2600 if auto. If you buy a manual NA the (5 steed) box will have a limited lifespan. Do the maths, if you want a TT 6 speed, but a TT 6 speed. Scott and I are NOT trying to piss on your chips, just attempting to rein in your unbridled enthusiasm- for your own good. Scott, maybe he lives in a "good" postcode?
  19. At 19 your budget for a 6 speed conversion will be swallowed by the insurance premium. The goimg rate for a box is £3000 plus, not including fitting.Save yourself hassle and just wait till you can afford a 6 speed, assuming the insurance doesn't put you off. Welcome.
  20. Euro spec, poss made by Greddy, posts 10 and 14 explains http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=118400
  21. Fitz, my main issue was the connector, bottom right of the picture, which receives power from the existing headlamp loom. Ensure that its clean inside, connect, turn on your lights, if not lit, juggle and push it around. Push FIRMLY, this is where my issue was. Repeat, changing polarity at tha ballast if necessary. You will not believe the difference these lights make to evening driving.
