  1. Ok, I'll PM Keron back. Just to confirm, the 2 bits of trim you highlighted in your picture, plus a new set of boot rubbers (to stop the rattle) I will be in MidRand for 1 full day on 18th June, but then off to Durban/Port Eliz from 19th. Oh, and the air fare is £575................
  2. Updaste- Steve Manley was the sameish price as my local dealer, then plus p+p, but I've e-mailed Keron and this is what he said sure... 2 door strips...used in vgc the longer one above the door £25, the lower straight one £20. boot rubbers i have new on shef the boot outer rubber i'll have to get a price on... regards keron Would good 2nd hand be OK? Certainly much cheaper.
  3. Michael, it ain't April 1st...........
  4. Ok, just been to Toyota dealer, and we need your chassis number to get the right part that goes around the door- apparently there are 2 types? The bottom bit is £34.47+, and the top bit is either £90.03+ or £62.74+. I can get your boot rubbers on e-bay, though will give Steve Manley a call as I've got the part numbers now.
  5. I've PM'd Nic who should post the part numbers on here soon. Will then get you a price, so get on here regularly for the next few days. You can pay me when I get there.
  6. The parts you are after are primarily dealer bits. If someone can get the proper part numbers, I can pick them up from Toyota in Liverpool or Steve Manley, and guess what, bring them over for you on 18th June- I'll be over for the World Cup. Now THATS service. My mate lives in MidRand.
  7. Its a bad idea to pose such a question without the link....................
  8. May be worth starting a thread asking for a friendly member to have a look at it. Loads have asked in the past and received help. Loads of friendly people on here who could help.
  9. Whos selling? Private or trade? If its a garage, whats it called and where is it? Where did you see it advertised? I am only asking as someone on here may know its history, and may be able to steer you clear of a potential dog.
  10. Have you got a link to the car?
  11. Really? Its more like £1.23 in Liverpool.
  12. It also depends if its motorway driving as you get far better consumption than through town. I do anyway.
  13. Maybe the person is not English, and their natural language is Urdu/Mandarin/Spanish...take your pick
  14. Kyb are budget standard replacements. Just get a set of stock NA front springs to give a normal ride heoght, or TT springs to give a little more lift, tho you may not then like the ride height ,but problems will cease.
  15. If you can get to L13 9AF I've gota Fulda with about 3/4mm left on for £30. Can even take you to a place within 2 miles to fit.
  16. Thanks, will look in to that as I would prefer to fit new UK ones
  17. The lines are the same, are they not? However, you might as well fit new braided ones whilst you're at it. The backing plates on the j-spec also need modding/cutting to accept the larger caliper. Darryl, are the UK spec backing plates relatively inexpensive, as opposed to keeping and modding j-specs when upgrading calipers? I will be doing this soon
  18. Prepare for the barrage.............
  19. Are the discs OEM, and how much were they if you don't mind. Look great btw.
  20. They're not that expensive brand new, and you need the looms to go with them
  21. Don't, please don,t tell me you're the dinner lady?
  22. http://www.mkivsupraownersclub.com/ See if anyone there will entertain your perpetual 1st April posting style
  23. Anh immediate, cost effective and worthwhile mini upgrade would be, 1. CW fast road pads 2. Braided lines all round 3. Brake master cylinder stopper/brace 4. Fluid change- Motul RBF 600 Doing the above will greatly improve your braking performance and pedal "feel". Whilst at it, I would have a good look at your discs as they are 17 years old by the looks of the pics.
