  1. I've got one that hasn't been used for a while stored in daughters garage near Junction 29 M1 Clarke Floor Standing Parts washer
  2. I had my geo set for the strip, can't remember it not running a good line for 1/4 mile. On the road the same set up of fine for motorways. 180+ and everything flashs bye and still accelerating. Has I've never done a high speed run with gps I'm unsure what top speed I've achieved and I know my speedo doesn't read true. The car felt very stable and safe. 150/160 is very easily achieved has mine does the 1/4 at 123mph and is still pulling like a train. I run Toyos all round and find theses good.
  3. I'll have this mate, ring you tomorrow and sort
  4. Mine says 1992 first used! M reg 1994 on everything else including id plate plus import docs etc I think there must of been an input error somewhere, wonder if I can get it changed? Any ideas?
  5. Seat rails now sold Harnesses still up for grabs I've got a few bits and bods clutering 2 garages and will eventually do a full list lol
  6. Sorry harnesses are black Donnington services any good?
  7. I have Cobra Monaco seats that were fixed to the rails when I drag raced the car, the white stickers on the seat rails says about them being for Cobra seats, ill try and get you a picture later when i go to the lock up were they are stored. They sit low to the floor which i liked as it gives more room and have a good range back on the sliders again good for me as i like my legs straight. Don't know if you have thought of this as your height may make a difference. I'd take £100.00 for the pair, I've looked for the receipt but cant find it at the moment which is very unlike as I save everything lol The cost in the region of £125 each when new plus postage etc and they haven't had much use. You using harnesses with the seats? I've got a nice set for sale if needed :-) We could meet up easily enough as I'm at side of M1 near Junction 28 so easy to get about and don't mind a run out if it helps.
  8. I have a pair for sale I'll find some pictures tomorrow if it helps, they are bottom fix with sliding runners

    water leak

A bit of advise needed before i do anymore. I've split my water hose that goes to my turbo, no problem. Undo the anodised fittings one on the turbo and one on the water neck that is fixed to the block above the water pump. I decided to take the section off by unbolting it from the block, disconnecting the sensors and removing the elbow from top rad feed. All went well refitting i thought until i fired the car back up! Now it leaks from the small section of vertical pipe that connects the section fixed to the block and the water pump grrrrr Stripped it down again and discovered the rubber ring seal at the top of the small connecting pipe had broken, fitted a new one and now it leaks from the bottom of this small pipe were it connects to the water pump. Finally the question is can you remove this small section of pipe and fit a new rubber ring seal to the bottom, if there is one?
  13. I'm up near junction 28 if you want to come and have a look?
  14. I've got an used HKS twin if your interested? Pm me for details if it's what you might be after
  15. Yes they was mate, had them from new. Run about 100 quarter miles with 3/4 sets of mt's Didn't get to run in anger with the tyres I sold to littler as my clutch/gear box went pear shaped. Put the car back to road spec so I thought somebody else might like then. Hope they serve you well. I'm sure with the extra 80bhp Ryan got for me on many last mapping session they would of helped get me a low 11 or even an high 10 but I'll never know now
  16. Them wheels and tyres have done a mind 11 before if my eyesight is correct

    Fancy a change

I've been looking at some nice Escorts and Sierra Cosworth recently and it made me want a change of cars. My problem is I've got to many vehicles at the moment and if I have a new car something has to go. My supra is under cover in the garage and doesn't get used very often so it's the obvious choice to go. Pictures in my garage show the car in race trim and road trim, if I was to get rid I'd let the new owner have all the race bits including roll cage, HKS clutch, seats etc. everything gone in one package. The car is a proven 11 second car and possibly a 10 sec car with the right driver following the last rolling road session with Ryan. Does anybody on the forum have anything they fancy exchanging or know anybody? I prefer something old school ford style but I'm open to suggestions, just fancy something new to play with. I could also include a nice Brian James trailer.
  20. My gearbox was noisey so i had it reconditioned by JPS Motorport, less than a grand and no more noises, all bearing replaced and shafts etc checked for wear, mine has done 80k and about 5k of that including heavy drag use/burn outs. Recon was way cheaper than replacing with another second hand(unknown condition) box 'if' you can find one. Im sure there must be somebody in the north east that can strip the gearbox for you, parts are still available via Toyota dealers.
  21. Cover damaged my paint work so no cover for me, it's been garaged for a few years before last winter when i decided a cover would be better giving me use of the garage instead of the car being parked in it lol Bad idea!!!!! This year its out side and ready to use, bring on them cold mornings
