  1. Not laughable at all mate. You're obviously a car enthusiast, which is a good place to start on this forum. Welcome
  2. I'm backing Klitschko, 9th round K.O Think Haye will rock him in the 1st coupla rounds, after that, Klitschko will hold him back with the jab and stick him with that rangey right. Klitschko will totally out box Haye
  3. Cheers fella, dont know why I didnt think to look in the most obvious place for the answer
  4. My 2 1/2 year old daughter would love that
  5. My car has an occassional misfire; the fault codes were throwing up a cam sensor fault - any suggestions? Is there a method for testing resistance on the sensor? Thanks all
  6. Bright orange would look the mutts

    Hi Guys

I work on cressex, have to take a gander when youre up and running
  8. My dad has a e30 325 convertible on his driveway; he's looking at selling it for £1000. Thinking of having it away from him as i've seen tidy ones going for 5k+ Future classic, and the price keeps goin
  9. Looks super comfy too, should start thinking about getting something like this myself - that old Toyota boneshaker on the drive is doing me in. Good purchase my friend!
  10. As mentioned, its no different from buying anything else 2nd hand - obviously the engine is sold as seen, and you'll just have to take their word for whatever work has been carried out. The only problems you might have is getting your money back if theres a problem once the motor is fitted; they have stated that the engine has been fully bench tested which covers their backs in the even that there is a problem, but then again they have stated that they're prepared to refund your cash if it turns out to be duff A tough one really. Make sure you read the fine print in the terms of the sale; they might stipulate that the new motor needs to be fitted by a specialst garage, or even a garage they recommend. Fitting it yourself may invalidate any form of warranty they might offer. Either way A grand doesn't sound enough for a professionally reconditioned 2jz to me. Are there actually any problems with the motor you're running, does it need replaceing or did you see this advert as a good opportunity to refesh? It may be a case of if it aint broke...
  11. Disagree, Wlad K.O round 9
  12. Have you checked for fault codes?
  13. You can have them for the price of postage - not sure when i'll get the chance to pop to the post office though! Just checked, the clips are broken on em but they work
  14. I think Whifbitz do the control units for these
  15. Got a set of rears in good nick, they've had the fog light mod done on them

    Supra!

I'd like to see someone fit the 1VD twin-turbo diesel motor out of a Landcruiser - 490ft-lb of torque in stock trim. Diesel its the future
  17. Speak with Jurgen from jm-imports, he's a member on here. He will more than likely be able to find you a car, and will be able to ship it to you - worth a look to see what he can get hold of
  18. You must be enormous to not fit in seats
  19. Thanks everyone, didnt really realise that MSB cars were that rare Normally get ripped for having a brown car, but I like it. Had a full body respray last year, and none of my mates could understand why I went for the same (brown) colour - I do remember 2 people saying I should have had it orange, 1 said acid green.... I prefer subtle
  20. Thanks people, 3 1/2 years and still going strong There's a lot to be said about a stock-bodied Supra. Apart from the retro wing, I think Toyota got it bang on the money looks wise. I've considered an aftermarket front lip but I know it'll either get smashed on speed hump, pushed in on a curb, or cracked by a badger carcass. Stock is best! I've seen MSB cars before with polished/chromed wheels before, they dont quite look right. Going to change the wheels at some point, quite attached to them though, I havent seen another set of these
