  1. Looks like a gauge pod with a Supra logo glued onto it, then spayed matt black
  2. Was impressed with Eubanks fight, obviously it wasnt as "entertaining" as the Fury fight, but Chris Jr has got some speed and style. He will be awesome Tyson Fury, same old same old really. Think the fight ended prematurely, think Pajkic could have composed himself and recovered when the round ended. Think Fury got a bit of a shock, which is suprising seeing as Pajkic only has one style. Anyone with heavy hands and speed will wreck Fury, Pajkic isnt even known for either of these things, but still managed to take him clean off of his feet (probably made easier by the fact that he's a fatty with a large upper body and spindly legs) Need to see Fury take a battering, Chris Arreola would be the man to do the job
  3. Oh and I see Chris Eubanks Jr is on the undercard making his pro debut, would like to see this but i'm guessing 5 will only show the main event
  4. The man obviously has the technical abilty, hence his olympic gold medal; he's also a pretty big guy, which I dont think Fury has really had to contend with. Also, 32 fights, 27 wins, 20 by K.O - Audleys record isnt too shabby (thanks wikipedia). Obviously Haye ruined the guy, Audley just could not cope with his speed. Speed shouldnt really be an issue with Fury though Tyson Fury seems to be fighting what I think are described as "bums". I'd like to see him take a heavy defeat from a someone like Audley, think it would motivate him to improve, maybe even at least get in shape for following fight
  5. Anybody watching the Tyson Fury vs Neven Pajkik? I'd not heard of this Pajkik until the fight had been publicised. Done a little research; 34 yrs old, 6' 3'', 16st 3lbs, 16 fights, 16 wins, 5 stoppages - reasonable(ish) stats I guess, oh and he's the boxing champion of the whole of Canada. Seemingly a stiff challenge for Tyson Fury...? Seemingly not; I watched a couple of his previous fights on YouTube tonight and the guy looks absolutely useless, god knows how he managed be become champion of a place like Canada. I guess it goes to show what dire state the heavyweight boxing scene is in. Not sure what to think about Tyson Fury; he's got a good backstory, he's tall with a rangey jab, and he can win when the fights are carefully selected. But more importantly, he's slow, out of shape, lacks skill, and doesnt appear to have the hard hitting ability that he has been hyped up to have. I know he's only 23 and everything he lacks he can work on, but I was reading the other day that Fury's team believe that he'll need two more fights, then be ready for a Klitshcko?? I also read that Fury refused to even entertain the idea of fighting Audley Harrison. Probably because Audley would ruin him within 6 rounds Then next big thing since Lennox? Dont think so
  6. Its an AEM. Really havent done a great deal of miles on it, kind of expected more from a recognised branded bit of kit On the plus side, I guess the sensor is only about £60 ish so mustnt grumble
  7. I had an inkling that it should run rich when a sensor fails, but i'll take that as confirmation As for the wideband; in the early hours of this morning I read a thread started by Steve, who had a similar problem that eventually turned out to be wideband. Not sure on the best way to test it, but i'll have a trawl about for some more info. Bit pis*ed that it may be that the wideband sensor has failed already, I could have forgiven a 17 year old OEM one Thanks for your input
  8. I've had an AFR guage fitted to my car for about 10 months; the gauge has always given me a consistant reading, and it has always cycled between 14.6-15.2 on idle All of a sudden, out of the blue, the car has started to run lean. I seem to be getting around 12.8 from a cold start, but once the coolant gets a little heat in it and the IACV closes a bit, i'm getting 17.0 upwards. I checked the fault codes last week and it threw up a code 14; open or short in AIT circuit. Would a faulty AIT sensor tweak the fuelling to that extent? I was thinking that the it seemed more likely to be a coolant temperature sensor fault, can anyone shed any light on this? Anyone had anything similar? Cheers
  9. Good luck making a R35 engine bay attractive
  10. Nice one scott, one for the weekend; no more driving on tip-toes for me
  11. Please share........mines all jammed up too

    Bit of Fun!

Wow, what a nice gesture - he'd be made up over that Cool thread
  13. Only just got chance to see this Thanks though Chris, was having a blonde moment; once I got in from the cold and dark, I thought the exact same thing .....stupid Toyota.........owner
  14. For sure I hear Sebastien Loeb is changing up into a Oldsmobile 442 for that reason alone
  15. Are they not less in stock form? I've seen spec sheets on them quoting 285bhp; then again, officially the Supra's 280bhp Anyone dragged a stock R34 GTR?
  16. Really?? With both in stock form, the Supra is quicker by a beavers whisker With the Supra in BPU form, the odds are against the R34 More power, more torque, less weight, less power loss through drive-train
  17. I recently replaced a load of engine loom connectors, since then I have been getting an idle AFR of around 17-18; previously I had been getting a consistant 14.5-15 I checked the error codes and it turns out I have a code 24 stored (short in IAT circuit/faulty IAT/ECU....bla bla) I think my first port of call would be to check that I have put the wires in to the connector the right way round, does anyone have a picture of their connector that they'd like to share with me - I have a pink wire and a brown wire, so I guess its a question of pink or brown! oh, its a J-spec pre VVTi TT Auto Thanks

  21. Arent Celica's front wheel drive (bar the GT4)? Would be an absolute shed load of work. Would a 2JZ even fit in the bay?
  22. Arent Falkens actually Dunlops? Never had any problems with mine, but then I rarely break the speed limit
  23. Is nothing visably damaged? No cracked plug housing, no bent pins? Have you had a good look around both plug housings to see if there is anything obstructing it? Is the clip on the top of the plug still intact? Normally when the clip is depressed for removal, they crack. If it has cracked and pushed downwards, it might be acting against the ignitor plug housing
