I train alone, and have trained on my own for nearly 11 years - I find that time in the gym is best spent in focus on what you're doing At the end of the day you're not there socially, and the only benefit from a training partner is having someone there to spot you. I find having someone there is just a distraction, and your session takes twice as long Obviously its horses for courses and you might benefit from having a training partner, but having to rely on somone else to motivate you is'nt a good place to be. If you really want to get fit then you should be able to fire yourself up ....so there

Best to get as much info on that car as you can, then do as much homework as possible before going to take a look; that way you'll know whether they're trying to take the piss. "them wheels are a grand a piece..." "the superchip takes it up to 500bhp..." "they only ever made 50 of these..." etc

I like R34 V-Spec skylines, but you cant escape the fact that skylines on the whole are a "juiced-up" saloon, like a scooby's older brother. They carry a chav chic; their natural habitat is beneath a street lamp outside a co-op on a housing estate, and can often be found in tesco express carparks enterataining pre-consent girls carrying the smell of white lightening on their breaths - why do you think the insursance is so high?? The supra however has a unique classic shape,that has been sculpted to depict what a sports car should look like - for anyone to say that they are ugly in standard trim is an ass-clown. It seems since skylines have become more affordable (bar the insurance), more little scrotes have been buying them and modifying them on tiny budgets using Ebay parts . Seems a shame that the mighty have fallen, and fear this is the future for Supras

Needless to say, lexus produce some okay looking cars but are known for being a bit boring - a bit like volvo. Volvo as of late seem to be selling cooler cars, probably in an attempt to change their image a little. The LFA is probably Lexus' effort to show everyone what they can roll out of their factory in a bid to change their "A-HAA" image. Whats the betting that once they've shifted the LFA's and the world has recognised that they can build decent performance cars, they build something to rival the GTR based loosely on the LFA? same lights, wheels, dash, highly detuned version of the same engine, cheaper gearbox etc etc

Sounds a bit like "There are no bad dogs, only bad owners"... however, a dog will still be destroyed when someone gets attacked These boys are animals, age isn't even an issue with cases like this - if it wasn't for their age, the situation at home wouldn't even be an issue for debate. Fred and Rose West had bad childhoods but im pretty sure no one cares as they were adults when they commited their crimes. What i'm trying to say is, if these boys were in their 30's, I dont think anyone would be mentioning that they had a difficult childhood They are now damaged goods; 5, 10, 15 years in prison will not rehabilitate what has already been programmed into their heads. they wont forget their childhoods, they wont forget what they have done, they wont forget the sick thoughts that they must have had. Can someone who does this kind of thing be rehabilitated? And Who's to say what they'll do when they do eventually get out of prison? Would anyone here like them to be moved in next to you? I highly doubt it, so what do you do with people like this? lock them up for the rest of their lives at a cost of £20-£40k a year? Let them serve a little time, give them a slap on the wrist and let them back into society? have them exectuted?

I know that they said a minimum of 5 years, but if its an indefinite sentence why does it have to have a minimum? A minimum term gives the impression that they will be released sooner rather than later Actually, I do hope they get out early and I hope the government sorts them out with new identites and well paid jobs, then ships them off to a country with beautiful climate and warm friendly people

Just thought i'd air the something that has wound me up all day Im so annoyed with this countrys justice system; couldn't believe what i was hearing in the radio today. Them two little sh*ts that tortured them two defenseless little boys, have been charged and sentenced to 5 years It feels very Jamie Bulger to me, the only exception being that they didn't go all the way as one of the boys escaped, and the other was booted down a hill into some bushes and they didnt see where he went Just cannot believe that they only got 5 years for ruining the lives of two harmless children, and leaving a dark cloud over their parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters etc Was nearly welling up when they were reading out what these two sick little f**ks did to these boys - cutting them, beating them with sticks and bricks, making them eat nettles, and i heard rumours of rape What has our country come to? I remember not too far back, a woman in my town got 18 months for not making sure her daughter went to school - some guy got 2 years for doing 180mph on a motorbike. But 5 years for torture and attempted murder? just doesn't add up seems you can get away with murder lately - bring back executions

I sold my N-plate N/A for £3000, 2 years ago. It was as tidy as this one, with no mods, about the same mileage and had a manual 'box.
