  1. Looks like the lovechild of a Supra and a R34 gtr...... but who was giving?
  2. You paid 7.5k for a single?? At that price I would expect a few niggles Hope you get it sorted soon
  3. As said, your car is actually nice as it is. If you want to do stuff to it, how about something like and interior retrim, or renew the your suspension components, or upgrade the brakes?
  4. Neon underlights in one thread, now dragon graphics....WHAT IS GOING ON!?
  5. Bad as in "yo blud, my ride is BAD", or "i'm embaressed to go to club meets as my car is so bad"? Agreed with the sig recommendation too, you're just looking for trouble by quoting fast and furious
  6. I dont like it when Supras are sprayed orange, no offense to anyone with an orange car, its just that it screams Fast and Furious ....and, a little while ago, I recall someone having fibreglass louvre panels fitted over the rear quarter glass - too Mad Max for me
  7. I dont think the little girl does know about rape; it says that the mother of the girl found them in a field, and it appeared that something wasnt right I'm guessing that the mother's immediate thought was that the two boys had raped her. They probably then went home, where the mother tried to get imformation out of her asking her if she had been raped, and that if she had then she should say because what the boys did was wrong etc, etc My first thought was to string them up, my second thought was that the girl was lying; i'm now thinking that the mother, as any parent would, was trying to get information out of the girl in order to call the police. In doing this I think she probably put ideas into her head, and words into her mouth. I dont think an 8 year old girl is capable of lying about rape, let alone knowing about it! Either way, if I had've found the oiks with my daughter and I suspected that they had assulted her, I would have buried them in that field
  8. The transition between through the sequential set-up is smooth enough; they're powerful cars, but it'll only go as fast as you want it to..... GET A GRIP MAN! Any pics of your old rx-7? We like pics
  9. £3k, by this weekend! You know its friday right!? Good luck with the sale anyway, you may have to rethink the price if you want it gone by sunday
  10. Agreed, my maxi cosy is spot on Babyseats and Supras arent a great mixture; on the plus side its very easy to reach them from the driving seat, you can even reach around and get them out of their seat - great for if they're playing up and you're waiting for your car to cool down

    Service

Any idea what shocks they put on the car? If you break it down, you didnt do too bad with your £800 bill - shocks £70 each for cheapies, KTB's etc - cambelt about £200 fitted - spark plugs about £60 - engine oil and filter about £60 - if its an autobox about £35 for a "short change" - diff fluid about £35 for decent stuff - toyota coolant is about £40 Not too bad at all

    Advice?

    .....or auto
  13. I broke my femur in two places after being taken off of a bike by a car. It took me about 4 or 5 months ro get walking without any crutches or walking sticks and i can say that the most painful part of the whole ordeal was the nurse "freeing" up my knee after I had been laid up for about 6 days following the operation. Terrible pain

    auto or manual

I think comments in the way of; the manual is more of a drivers car, autos are lazy, there's no control with an auto....etc....etc - are all boll**cks. The auto box in a Supra is a corker - especially if you like using it as a GT car. Yes an auto box and manual box are completely different, but the are both in place to serve the same purpose. At the end of the day, Toyota designed a very fast car and they equipped it well with both options of gearbox. I think the best thing for you to do is to drive both. The first time I drove an auto I was blown away by: how quick it was, how fast and smooth the gearchange was,and by how violently it kicked down when you wanted it to go. I think you'll be please with whatever option you choose, but it would be worthwhile remembering that the auto box has it limitations. If your future plans include a big single turbo conversion, then the manual would be the best choice.
  17. How cheap are we talking? I'd sooner have a mk2
  18. She's a looker, congrats All important question; how big are them back wheels? They're epic....
  19. Absolute bargain; if I could free up the cash quick enough I would have this away Good luck with the sale
  20. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=213893 You could buy this, MOT it, tax it, insure it and still have plenty of change
