  3. Is there a way of checking if your supra has been chipped? I had a lengthly conversation but engines with my dad. I was saying that there seems to be dead spots in the acceleration. he explained that there could be many things that could possibly cause this or add to it. one of the questions he asked my to find out is if we could see if it had been chipped? does this have to be checked on say a rolling road or is there an easy way of finding out?

I feel abit of a numpty for saying this but i realised i have a dianostics interface connection in my engine bay (lets just say that my engine is very dirty).... are these interfaces some thing that you can get if so what does it actually tell you, is it just error codes or does it, with an interface program of some sort actually display moment by moment information?
