Just incase anyone else has this problem, I replaced the heater/ aircon unit and all works fine now

No, nothing at all. The fresh air/ recirculate works fine (if it makes any difference ). Yep I agree with you, I was just seeing if there was anything else worth trying before buying a new unit.

Ive been looking for two these for ages now!

As its starting to get colder in the mornings I better get this sorted. When I adjust the temperature on my heater the mixer flap is not moving at all. Im assuming it is stuck shut as the heater is cold. Ive checked in the passenger footwell and the metal rod is still connected to the flap, the CIG fuse in the drivers footwell fuse box has not blown. Not sure whether this makes any difference but when I turn the ignition on/ off the heater always resets itself to 'recirculate' rather than 'fresh air'. I took the heater unit apart well over a year ago now to do a blue LED conversion, but was working when i re-installed it so hopefully its not me Is there anything else i should check before buying a new heater/ aircon unit? Any help would be much appreciated Shaun

Yes the spoiler switch can be changed (there is a guide on Hecklers site), not sure about the auto stuff.

This is a dispute I often have with my "Xbox mates" about Xbox being better online. What makes it better? Not starting an argument, would just like to know why the xboxers think its better
