  1. I have it pretty easy really, it's all about balance. I'm a Quantity Surveyor and my "Contracted Hours", Are 8am till 5pm. If my projects are all trouble free, it's easy and as long as my work gets done, I'm doing what I'm meant to be, and the company are making money I have a pretty long leash. I can get in later, or chip off for the afternoon etc is not a problem. Book it down as "Site" and have my phone on me if anything happens is the rule. If I have a BIG problem on a project, and there have been a few!! It's politically sensible to be in a little earlier, or leave a little later and be seen to be making every effort to fix the problem. I might even do a bit at the weekend, if thats what it takes to swing the balance back to Easy street. It's all about keeping boss happy.
  2. OK, cool beans! If he had I'd have suggested name and shame on SW!
  3. They are nice wheels. Good luck with the swap, if ya get stuck and don't mind about dish anymore you know where I am lol
  4. Ah OK , no worries. They are staggered fitment, obviously they arn't deep dish.
  5. Ohhhhh very nice! Wanna swap for a set of customised 19" rims?
  6. TTT I'm open to offers if you feel I'm asking to much, as I said I have no idea what they are worth.
  7. My old wheels for sale. I was going to refurb them and sell them on. I can not actually be arsed to sit there with the Dremmel and Autosol though I've had to dig around for a few pics, I didn't think to take any prior to taking them off. Not sure what they are worth, they are light weight though. Staggered widths 8" and 9" I think with a 35 offset, again I need to check, this nice and dishy and tyres have good tread. Rears are the new Kumho's I offered to trial and was happy with and are 255 wide, the fronts are a mixed bag but vitually new that I picked up for cheap and are 225 wide. Do I hear £250??? Collection preferred but courier can be arranged at cost. [/
  8. I used to love the Wham bars when I was a kid, then about 3 years ago they reappeared!!! I also use to love those burgers that where made up of various sweets. You'd get the buns, the burger, lettuce etc. If I recall they where stupidly expensive though and out of the budget of a youngster like myself with a pound to spend. Also what about those sweets that looked exactly like smokes, the packaging the sweet etc it was chocolate wrapped in sugar paper I think, guess they where banned long ago!
  9. Hogmaw, if the store had to close they would take into account the money lost through the tills. Never mind the fact that it would have to a full on clean to remove any potential hazards.
  10. Pretty boring to: Renault 19 16v Corsa Sport 1.6 Ford Puma Racing Honda Civic Vti (Car for work then became a weekend toy) Passat TDI Ford Mondeo Ford Focus Toyota Soarer (Weekend toy) Honda Civic (For HID to drive about in) Kia Shuma Toyota Soarer (Weekend toy) Honda Del Sol (For HID to drive about in)
  11. The clip of next week looks good. You can see a round miss Kemp by friggin inches, I'm sure he thinks about the money whilst under fire but it shows our boys out there to be the hero's they are. I wouldn't want him on my missions though, not only have you got to watch your back and those around you but you have to look after a bloody guy filming it all. I can honestly say I wouldn't have the bottle to do what they do over there, they have big balls.
  12. We're losing sub-contractors nearly monthly now. Such a shame. Guys I have used for 5 years are having to pack in. We've tried to help out guys much like you with fortnightly payments and paying for materials on site etc but it's just not enough. I feel for you dude I really do.
  13. I just had a set of 4 of these refurbed/ customised and fitted to my Soarer in 19" I could be tempted to sell them, pretty much new tyres all round to (7mm atleast) Close up of the details
  14. Also missing is Utility bills and Council tax???
  15. I have a mortgage, and a "Lady what luches", to keep in the lifestyle she has become accoustomed to, and I have 3 cars. The mighty Kia Shuma II is the work horse, this has turned out to be a very good investment £1500 for it 18 months ago on a late 52 plate with 46K on the clock. The Korean work ethic is strong in this car as it has never gone wrong, (Runs off to touch wood) My Soarer is my weekend and sunny day car, and regularly gets lavished with new toys I have a Del Sol SIR for the misses to run about in, which gets lavished with new toys occasionaly. I wouldn't say I'm highly paid, it's just about being sensible, but my job requires me to be tight with money so maybe I'm just a tight git!
  16. Dids has been replaced with payment, sorry dude mad day!!!!!!
  17. I'm going to join the Barsteward brigade and sell my code when it comes through from game. I bought my Beta code from ebay for a tenner, yet saved a tenner by pre-ordering. All in all I'm square
  18. I can report.................................. It's the best game in it's genre!!!!! Wipes the floor eith CoD4 Maps are much bigger than 4 Weapons take a bit of getting used to but the game is simply stunning the beta only goes upto rank 11, which you'll reach in under an hour, and there are onyl a few guns and perks to play with. The weapons that you will be able to get..................................... Have a look for yourselves when you get it!!!! Tanks to drive to, and the Chopper is gone but replaced by a far more annoying, yet funny replacement.
  19. Keron you got an other LSD's??? Anything other than a Manual 6 speed TT will fit my Soarer!
  20. Or perhaps you should have been striaght and said you wanted it, instead of asking questions! You snooze you lose Not a newbie either my friend just not a regular poster! Are you now calling dibs?
