the top figure is the systolic blood pressure and thats when the heart beats, the bottom figure is when the heart is at rest. Have they tested your cholesterol using the blood test? that can often cause high blood pressure, as the other factors stress,smoking and being overweight. Feeling dizzy is often associated with low blood pressure. High blood pressure does not normally show any symptoms. The doctor would have to take at least 5 blood pressure recordings on separate occasions before they can diagnose you with hypertension (high blood pressure). Reducing the salt and fat content in your diet will reduce your blood pressure. But fingers crossed your blood results come back alright.

Ive just taken these of my 94 j-spec supra, they are in excellent condition and the tyres ventus k120 225/50/16 look almost new all four with good tread be ready to go on:) open to offers....( gotta get them off the patio before my dad gets out of hospital) Sorry my picture taking skills are'nt up to much...

Sounds like gastric reflux, like previously mentioned zantac should do the trick for you, it neutralises the acid in your stomach. If it does persist though, go see a doc:doctor:. Acid from the stomach is no good for your oesphagus:)
