I've lost around 4 inches off my waist in the last 6 months hitting the gym most days, and cutting out snacks.... well Sunday is cheat day and the guilt makes me hit monday's hard. So instead of being a 38inch muffin man I can see six pack definition. Just wondering what is the ideal waist size for 6's as I don't want to go too small??

Yea defiantly from there gave it a wack while it was whistling and it changed pitch for a second, think I've probably ballsed it up so will take it off weekend and make sure all is tight.

Seems like I've got a whistle from the throttle body, I changed the ht leads on my na and once put back together the throttle body whistles? Ideas??

Started using Jack3d now, I am very pleased with the way it works, Very explosive work outs when required. First time of taking it i was aching before finishing my hour off in the gym, great result. Im only on one scoop at the moment but thinking of upping it to 1.5 scoops would this require more water to add??
