Right had new Rad cap new rad hoses fitted, ive just noticed a leak from the back joint of the waterpump to the thermostat joint would this cause my hoses to pressure lack of warm air in the car?

Cost few £ and got someone from work to grab it.

I checked the water pump and there is a large leak coming from the joint of the rear of the water pump connector so ordered a new gasket. Garage doesn't seem to think this will cure anything.

Rad cap does look warn out coolant was all gunky

Garages changed my thermostat and said it blew a rad hose they now think 1 the radiator is blocked or head gasket is gone? Any suggestions?
