Oh yeah. you know it makes sense. Pick up TNT late next week from the garage, was looking for somewhere to show her off. Definately see you there (as long as its not raining)

Went over today, not as good as last year, didn't get the restricted viewing of the circuit, first time I've seen that normally access all areas including down the back of the TA pits. Came away feeling a bit cheated. Some nice cars around, like the polo on the BHP stand with the audi engine in the back and VW engine in the front, given me an idea lol:eyebrows:

Leave over night between paint coats, I just applied acetone onto an old towel and rubbed off.

Yeah, but if you go to a chemist you can buy it really cheap in a raw form. Good luck best results from leaving over night and not getting too impatient between layers.

A lot of guys sand it off with a mouse sander. I used pure acetone on a course cloth, took a while but no nasty marks afterwards.

Great to see the two Supras on track today, gutted we couldn't get down to garages due to jobs worths in orange jackets and no one knowing how to get the wrist bands. A few guys around, Mad Monkey was looking good and the gold supra on the Yokahama stand. How were the TA times? See you all at Silverstone . Steve

Just need to sort wheels so that they fit right on the back. Currently got BBS 18" 235/245, they look okay but worried they might sit too far in once the kits on.

Sent the car for fitting the jdl kit on Monday, hope to get it back late next week following respray, will post pics once finished. The only JDL Supra inthe Midlands

Took the car out yesterday and took some pics for prosperity. dropped off at garage this morning for kit and respray, update pics to follow. Photos in my garage:d

Since Jun 2007, £500 on ICE, £2500 on complete leather interior, carpets and mats, £500 on kit and £2300 on fitting and complete respray. Also £140 on paint etc for dash respray and home refurb of alloys, guess which was the most satisfying. Budget gone! £6500 in total, more than the car cost but oh so worth it.

Guys, will be coming over with my lad, any objections if we search you out to have a look at the cars. Will be great to see the cars on the track

There is a lot of hardstanding inside the track that they use for clubstands. Only reservation would be that a lot is uneven gravel surface, Firestorm take note, ouch!

What weight savings, its in the back, and as it rains everytime I take it off there is no way I'm leaving it behind. CF does look nice though

I have to live with a 12 yr old, he drives us all crazy, every sentence contains the word Supra. All his mates at school think the Supra is cooler than all the BMW/Audis that do the school drop off.
