  1. posting numpty, add me to Corley list too please (how do you do that?) Stourbridge to Corley anyone? I'm coming from Kinver but can come through Stourbridge to M5
  2. i was planning on going straight down m40 from Stourbridge but if everyone else is meeting up in Corley Svcs then count us in, makes life easier other end coming in from M1 if thats where we meet up with SteveR
  3. If you were in a Ka would you really draw attention to yourself. Trick had that same half a sleep look when he passed me.
  4. Picking up car on Friday from re-respray, only leaves one week to clean it before the show, have taken a week off though lol. Great show last year and really looking forward to seeing everyone there.
  5. Been without the car for nigh on 5 weeks now save one week in the middle as its been away for respray and kit fitting and then back in for second attempt. Just hoping its ready for Silverstone on the 1st or someone's gonna die:eyebrows:
  6. Burna you were filling up and Trick passed us on M5 just by M42 turnoff, forgive you for not noticing us, we were camaflouged in the missus's Ka on our way to Silverstone. Both looked very clean on way to JapShow
  7. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=148178 This is what its intended to look like, JDL will be turning in their grave
  8. I'm confused, why have you chopped the rear bumper into sections, if I read right you are going for a wide arch look. My JDL kit blended in really nicely as a standard fit.
  9. I've recently had the JDL bumper fitted, the car is lowered and I do scrape. Not too much of a problem on the square type, best piece of advice I had is when going over straight bumps approach at an angle and change to the opposite lock to come off, it seems to work. Same trick seems to work when reversing up onto the drive albeit the curbs lowered. Looking at raising the Tein coilovers a tad t see if that helps.

    1994 Aerotop N/A Auto

Bought TNT in June 2007, she was stock interior and exterior with the exception of Gold BBS alloys. After 2 major and successful projects she now has a completely new interior in orange and black leather, new black carpet and mats edged in orange leather, TRD chrome hand brake, original gear knob, handbrake gator and steering wheel recovered in black leather and overstitched in orange, dash respray, brushed aluminium dials thanks to Konio-nt, Beat 500 Stereo/DVD Fly speakers throughout. Just picked up from JDL kit fitting and respray, looks absolutely mint inside and out. Gold BBS now home refurbed in black, new to follow in time. Didn't intend it to be a project car but hey, can't imagine ever giving her up now Update photos to follow from Silverstone show on 1 June 08

From the album: 1994 Aerotop N/A Auto

  12. Don't be fooled by appearances:D
  13. Hey! What have I ever done to you lol.
  14. Go for it Steve, saves the walk from the car park and they made us go cross country last weekend.
  15. Could have but the interior is black and orange leather, they compliment the inside really.
  16. the whole kit is JDL, same as Tricky-Ricky, really nice fit. They do sell bumper separate.
  17. Thanks for the comments, take the point about the tyre shine, in my defence this was on pick up, just washed it tonight so even cleaner.
  18. Just picked up the car from the garage on Saturday after new bodykit and respray. Really happy with results, with the offsets the wheels sit really nice on the rear arches. Sits really low, a little too low to be honest with a little rubbing on the front on full lock, had a few heart stopping moments with the front bumper and speed bumps, just need to adjust the Tein coilovers to give it a safety margin http://i288.photobucket.com/albums/ll188/m256tnt/Picture004.jpg http://i288.photobucket.com/albums/ll188/m256tnt/Picture009-2.jpg http://i288.photobucket.com/albums/ll188/m256tnt/Picture005-1.jpg http://i288.photobucket.com/albums/ll188/m256tnt/Picture008-1.jpg

    where are they now

As promised, picked up car today after final transition. know this is probably a marmite car but its mine:p Before: http://i288.photobucket.com/albums/ll188/m256tnt/DSC00983-2.gif After: http://i288.photobucket.com/albums/ll188/m256tnt/Picture009-2.jpg http://i288.photobucket.com/albums/ll188/m256tnt/Picture005-1.jpg
  20. God it was cold today, only spitting so plenty of racing. The qualifying for GT races tomorrow was cool, the Saleen S7R and the Masa MC12 were pretty quick and looked the biz. Its well worth going tomorrow but wrap up warm.
  21. Never had the pleasure of a TT. When I chose the car the AT just stood out. For a tech muppet like me I know I would struggle to maintain a TT. Every meet I've been to the TT owners have always got some problem or tweek going on. The NA is bullet proof and still responsive enough for UK roads. I'de love to have a go down the strip and I know I would yearn for the TT manual. My ideal car would be a manual AT (with a little shot of NOS) lol
  22. Steve, pick up car tmorrow from garage and making our way straight to Silverstone. Weather doubtful but what the heck eh. May go both days, hope to see you there
