I have been training for this too mate, lost 5 stone this year down to a respectable 14 lol, been training almost everynight, doing early morning swims and evening circuit training. A bit burn out at the moment as ive just moved house etc and working lots so training has slowed down to twice a week only. Im just tiding myself till the new year as im away to Egypt on saturday too
Put my name down for the local RMR holding troop to build up my fitness. Some of the lads in there are fantastic, Its a strange world and you will learn a whole host of a new language and words lol, but its all good craic.
