  1. You can easily do it for under £5k on the initial build....but over the course of working out the bugs and so forth you will be upwards of £10k very quickly. I know I have dumped about £7k in mine in just about 3 months and my car was already singled turbo But it sure is a fun ride now!!! hehe.
  2. got one still available at this price
  3. Thanks guys. Suspension is bone stock 115,000 miles on it with a set of fresh Eibach Springs. It went a handfull of more 6.71-6.80 times this past friday night at about 104mph. I'm putting new coilpacks on it tonight and see if i can get it dialed in.
  4. you need to know the turbo size as blankets come in several sizes mate.
  5. hey what turbo is this for? just gonna make sure i got the right vband
  6. yea i figured its been at least 2 weeks, i wonder if it fell out of the plane into the ocean or something hehe i'll keep an eye out mate, i hope the other one is working great though
  7. Ok i'll check for that. And no on the XD16, i have been on the lookout though.
  8. I think I may have something in stock, i'll have to get the ol tape measure out. Whats it going on? Turbo to downpipe or exhaust to exhaust?
  9. Understand but i wasn't sure how bad he needed a set the ones i have Dann, i'd take 199 delivered and could have them to you by middle of next week at the latest.
  10. Hey Chris, Not any time soon. My whole goal with this car was a simple, quick spooling turbo with very little user error potential. I dont like the fact of having to carry a laptop around with me as its personal preference. I MAY go motec in the fall but if this are going this good i'd rather not. I drove the car all week now in the pouring rain. Still gets great gas mileage.
  11. I have a set of 93-96 US model in great shape if interested.
  12. stock ecu with a vpc/safc2 setup
  13. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=144218 I'm an automatic and my hp numbers are to the rear wheels. I have VPC/AFC computer setup and stock camshafts so alot is left on the table if i was to upgrade a few other things.
  14. the link didn't work but if your asking about a PT67, i run a Precision 67DBB on my supra and i updated a thread in this Supra Chat section with dyno #'s and video which i think speak clearly for the turbo
  15. haha Kev, i dont remember that night
  16. So i finally got my car running right. It made right at 400whp on 14psi and at 26-28psi it made 593whp on a dynojet dyno. I took it to our local 1/8th mile track (not a 1/4 mile but half of that ). This video was the first pass on 26psi and you can hear me spinning and getting out of the gas twice. Its got some left. Just for reference, the ET in the 1/8th is a VERY low 10 second if not on the edge of a 9 second 1/4 pass. 17. Can you turn the gate in picture 2 to the right and then rotate the pipe a bit after its mounted? It would change the angle drastically with both little movements i'd think. just a thought but like we discussed, i think you may have tried this? Not being very familiar with RHD models, where do most dump the screamer pipe out? Is this the common place?
  18. Very good price Terry!!! FYI: They are a 14mm o-ring type if that helps you any Antnicuk
