  1. I've got a black Soarer TT for sale if anyone's interested.
  2. I understand, but if any of our cats, dogs or fish(!) are likely to incur vetinary bills of more than £200 I've decided they'll have to meet Mr Benelli.
  3. Reminds me of the story about a bird who got Arabic writing tattooed on her arse because she thought it looked cool ... until she found out it translated as 'wipe well after use.' Could be an urban myth
  4. Ignore this thread .... browser problems led to a re-post. Apologies and thanks for pointing it out. Panel for sale here - http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=154283 SOLD to Jake.
  5. I bought this a while back and don't have any need for it. Reasonable condition complete with clock, switches ... came off a TT so spoiler switch as well. £5 P&P and best offer over a tenner secures. SOLD to Jake.
  6. I've got a turbo timer function on my Clifford Concept 550. It works off a relay and means I can leave the engine running for a fixed period of time (1 minute setting) but still set the alarm. I also have a separate Greddy 'intelligent' turbo timer that works out the idle cut off period depending on how hard the car's been driven ...... but it won't keep running once the alarm's been activated.
  7. I've still got my JSpec.
  8. My wife and I both drive the Civic pretty hard and consistently get mpg in the low to mid forties. "Dave at work" must always drive at 50mph in 1st gear. The quality of interior could be better but the instrument layout and display is way ahead of anything else I've seen. Take a test drive. Make up your own mind.
  9. I've had a 'new' Civic 2.2 diesel for the last year and a half and it's a good car. Fuel consumption is typically around 44mpg but I drive with a very heavy right foot. The build quality could be better and the suspension can be harsh. Overall, I'd recommend it ... superb engine ... but I'm not sure if I'd buy another one.
  10. Thieving pieces of s**t. I'd cut their legs off. No, really.

    Ireland

Which part are you going to? North, south or both?
  12. I've got one from my JSpec TT. Immaculate and fully working. I was going to hold onto it but a I'll probably never use it again so I'm willing to sell.
  13. Didn't anyone ever tell you. Size isn't important. But now you've asked, I've just had a look at a 103" Panasonic plasma. Biggest TV in the world (according to Google). Anyone want to start a biggest horse thread????? My wife's horse is huge ... but I prefer my Supra.

    Weather Grrrr!

    Roll on global warming.
  15. A more appropriate question might be ... name the British male royal who doesn't (allegedly) like to stroll along the bournville boulevard.
  16. Being in the US of A can't you just (legally) shoot them?
  17. Chris, do you mean you'd normally parade in 'sussies' but just not on The Mall??????
  18. Chris - it's a stock bumper. I had some wire mesh fitted and the bumper was removed. The mesh bloke says he didn't touch the lights ... but could the bumper be slightly out of line? It's fine round the driver's side headlight. By 'replaced' I meant that I put the original nuts, etc. back on.
  19. I got the headlight back in and the bolt/nuts are seated properly. Problem is that the headlight is sitting a little too far back.
  20. While installing my HIDs I had started to remove the passenger side headlight unit with the intention of putting the ballast below the headlight. I didn't get as far as removing it - I pulled it forward slightly and it didn't seem like it wanted to move much further. I replaced the mounting nuts but I've now noticed that the headlight is sitting about 4-5mm too far back leaving a slight gap between it and the bumper. Help!! Any advice appreciated.
