The gap between the drive shaft flange and the diff is too much, pulled the prop out abit to extend it on the spline, no gap! But the bolts wont line up in the centre bearing bit of the prop. So.... Ive made the doughnut thicker the line the holes back up! Ill post pictures of it fitted tomorrow!

Ive fitted a v160 box and got a tt manual propshaft. I made a custom doughnut to match the differnt pcds of the 5speed lsd and the prop but theres a gap of about 50mm between the diff flange and the doughnut! Confused!!!! Please help!!

Yeh, they are pricey! Weve also got mikron 5 axis machines. There are some crazy big machines! Google 'mazak' they make some very nice ones!

It is my ideal job i admit! I dont need much of an excuse to make something! Made a new gearknob the other week!

I draw, design and copy! Got endless access to cad/cam software and a variety of 3 and 5 axis cnc's. Really enjoy my work and i get given alot of opportunitys! The machine i was using was a HEDELIUS RS 80, it is a 5 axis machine but only used 3 for this job!

My old rangerover sport ones fitted nicely! Worked really well as they were designed to stop a 2.5 odd tonne 4x4. I would be carefull with your choice and research it well! If your getting the calipers off other cars custom brackets will be needed
