  10. soooo, what do you think i need to do to solve this? get a vin number from a tt with a open diff and order the companion flange fron that car??
  11. Right, here goes. my car as standard had the 5speed torsen diff... i recently brought a v160 gearbox and a 96 tt manual propshaft i fitted the gearbox and then tried to fit the prop but when i did this the doughnut was the wrong pcd.... i looked into this and brought a companion flange from a facelift na 6speed this corrected the doughnut problem and the pcds of the holes matched.. tonight i fitted this new flange, offered up the prop but when i went to bolt up the centre bearing the holes didnt line up! i remember reading somewhere that jamie p has fitted and blown up an n/a diff on his black car, im wondering if im missing a part or something?????? im lost with it now! Dave
