  1. Cheers Rob. Shame I didn't see you at Bluewater on Friday, Could of given you a taster of big twins.
  2. Cheers guys. Thanks Gaz, Really looking forward to it. Hopefully I'll still have time for the car but I can see it being a hectic year.
  3. Sorry to disappoint, Must try harder.
  4. Cheers mate. They are indeed Injector Dynamics. I'm not 100% sure I'm gonna change them yet but will keep you posted. Are your mates Injector Dynamics?
  5. Cheers mate. Was a good turn out last night, Difficult to chat to everyone. Converted to MPH.
  6. Thanks mate. I think if you do the maths, I can't say that I did.
  7. Dragged the car out the garage yesterday and fitted a new battery. Then decided to take the car to a work meeting in Surrey and then on to the Bluewater meet. Nice little 260 mile round trip. It was good to get the car out as I was starting to lose the love for it a little. Soon bought the love back when driveing home from Bluewater at midnight with empty roads. Next on the list to do: - Back to SRD for a second fuel pump to be fitted as we thought we may get away with one pump but the fuel pressure is dropping off slightly at high boost. - New fuel lines as they are still the ones from the 80mm turbo set up and are little excessive for this set up. -10 to twin feed -6. - Possibly going to change the injectors down to 1000cc as again 2000cc is a little excessive. - Tidy up the paintwork as there is a few marks here and there, Mainly the rear quarters where the spats were removed. Then hopefully enjoy the car for the summer if its not a wash out like last year.
  8. Had a great night guys, Was good meeting some old and new faces. Did everybody survive the burger challenge? Saw a few people getting the meat sweats towards the end. Shame its bit far out my way, Would love a regular meet but there's not alot of interest down this neck of the woods and 260 mile round trip is a little excessive once a month. Made it home in 1h 30m as the roads were nice and empty. Only managed to take a couple of pics.
  9. Well the car is out the garage and all fired up so hopefully see you later.
  10. There's a chance that I may pop along to this. Got a meeting in Surrey this afternoon and I could take the Supra and head up to Bluewater afterwards. I'm gonna pull the car out the garage and put a new battery on it and see how it goes.
  11. Don't panic guys I've not got to the stage of drafting out the for sale thread yet. I've just got a very busy life and the wife is also pregnant with our first child Which is due in June, Right when the weather gets better which means I can see the car never getting used. You two my friends, are a pair of bloody vultures! I'd have to have some serious problems to consider breaking this car. No problem. If you just send me a signed, Blank cheque and I'll fill in the numbers.
  12. Cheers guys. I must admit the dreaded thoughts have crossed my mind recently. The time of year and heavy work load doesn't help but this car is my ultimate supra set up and it would break my heart to part with it.
  13. Received my floor mats from Dc-Automotive last week, Got them fitted yesterday. Great quality product, Thanks Dane. While the car was out, Thought I'd take some more pictures of the rear diffuser for your viewing pleasure. Also Lee got me some bonnet gas struts and Simon (Baldy) made some custom bonnet hinges to mount the struts. Some engine bay pictures taken yesterday. Here is a few other pictures taken yesterday, A couple with my mates 500bhp Evo 8.
  14. Cheer Dane. Looking forward to receiving my floor mats.
  15. looks like the torque figure was on a separate print out which I've now added to the original post.
  16. I understand your logic and as you say, It's an easy thing to check. I will give it a go at some point.
  17. Cheers guys. I'm more than happy with the power figure, It's a little more than I had expected but not a surprise as the car is an animal on the road. For me, This is the perfect street set up and I wouldn't want any more power on the road. When you say TCC, Am I right in saying that is when the stock twins are set up to come on line together rather that sequential? If so then as far as I am aware, All big twins come on line together, It's only the stock twins that were set up as sequential as stock. We are still investigating the compressor stall. It seems to be quite common when running big twins, Seems to affect some, More than others. Ryan has played around with the map and it's now much better. It only happens when loading the turbos up in a high gear from low revs but it doesn't do it all the time. It just so happens that it decided to do it on the dyno run. I see where your coming from but the balance bar in the intake is supposed to be there to aid the balance of air between the turbos to avoid compressor stall but I'm no expert.
  18. Lee mentioned yours did this also. think it's just a quirk of the twins. boost was 1.5 bar.
