  1. I was trying to avoid working that out. Thanks Stu. Don't get me wrong, I don't drive the car hell for leather everywhere as it a great drive just cruising but you'd be mad to own a car like this without stretching it legs every now and then. Unless your name is Rob Mitchell!
  2. Thanks guys. Cheers Mark. Course you can although you might have to restrain Rob before jumping in. Yeah I was having way to much fun to worry about how much fuel I was using.
  3. Thanks Rob. The only issue with a carbon lip is that I would be constantly worried about damaging it. With the car the way it is now I can drive it hard without worrying about every imperfection in our delightful roads.
  4. Some pics of the car at the Bluewater meet on Friday. The car was faultless on the 260 mile round trip, managed to get through a tank and a half of fuel though!
  5. Thanks guys. Great pics Abz, not so sure on the last one though. Certainly looks like a Rob Mitchell creation. Lol, cheers Rob, I will be getting the alternator sorted soon. You mean you didn't take your shoes off when you got in the car!!!
  6. Was a good meet, nice chatting to everyone. The food was good, better than my maths working out the bill.
  7. No problem mate, just gives you a taster of what's to come with yours. Then you can put your own balls in your mouth!
  8. Holy crap Rob, that looks absolutely epic!! There was me thinking I was gonna challenge you to some trophy's this year... not a chance!! The up most credit to you mate as this is your vision and creation that you have put countless hours of dedication into. A huge credit to Mr Perryman as well for bringing your creation together with the same passion that you have for the car yourself and for adding those unique SRD touches.
  9. No. Course you can, see you shortly.
  10. On route. Eta 8 O'Clock. Come on guys, all are welcome. I'm traveling 130 miles!
  11. Of course mate, anytime. I'll be at the Bluewater meet tonight if I get my ass in gear. You anywhere near there?
  12. Yeah that's what I was planning but I've lost all motivation for work and the car is downstairs so I might just end up leaving sooner.
  13. Your such a bitch!! I told you before it was time we saw other people.
  14. That would mean hitting the M25 at rush hour but I'll see how it goes. Its not looking good at the moment with regards to traffic!
  15. I'm toying with the idea of coming along, just keeping an eye on the traffic around the M25 and will make a last minute decision. I'm bored of the lack of meets local to me.
  16. One last pic from the weekend. Thought I should get a pic there as it's where it spends most of its time!
  17. Wow, that looks fantastic mate. Those pulleys are the nuts.
  18. Thanks James. Lol, Cheers Abz. You know you love it.
  19. Thanks Dane. I'll see what I can do. Lol, I'm no photographer but I can teach him to point it in the right direction and press the button without his other hand down his trousers. Cheers mate.
  20. I had thought about it but It's a bloody long way for me!
  21. Oi, pack it in you or next time we meet I'll nick the spokey dokeys off your bike. Thanks Rob, It certainly is, although my wallet is looking a little thinner after the past year.
  22. A couple of people did but most just looked at me as if I'd just driven a Ferrari into a Skoda garage to take some pics.
