  1. Cheers, looking forward to seeing your build come together. Thank you.
  2. Quick clean today in the hope the weather will be okay for the Basingstoke meet tomorrow.
  3. Oh Jamie come on, sort it out. Family lunch at 12 for an hour and you can be in Basingstoke by 2. Scrap that your still NA... Make that 3.
  4. I thought it would be sarcastic lol! Lets be honest dude, I could probably still beat you unconscious!
  5. You never heard of chrome padding... Can't quite work out if that is a sarcastic comment or not lol.
  6. Lmao, I did think about that but thought I'd give it try. I've got a fair bit of room above my head due to the low seats but no, I've not sat in one with a tension set.
  7. Yeah I do agree It would look good but I'm thinking polished wheels, polished engine bay, I think it could bring it together have some polished in the interior.
  8. That's what I'm leaning towards.
  9. Okay, so I've bought an aluminium Do-Luck tension set from Ibrar but the question is do I have it polished or powder coated black? Opinions please...
  10. No worries, their just knocking about in the garage if you have trouble finding a mint pair.
  11. I've got a pair of arm rests in good condition but the only issue is they are lifting slightly on the handle as you can see in the pics. They can probably be stuck back down in some way, happy to do a swap if your interested.
  12. Yeah that's the sort of tyre I'd want but nothing in my size. The only option in my size in the UK are the R888's or Vredestein Sessanta.
  13. Great, that was easy. I'll get on the lookout for some then, thanks. When I last checked there was nothing else available in my size (315/35/17) unless imported from the US.
  14. I am running the 18/17 CCW set up with 356mm 8 pot K-sport front brakes and J-Spec rears. The car had 4 pot K-Sport rear brakes fitted by the previous owner but they had been shaved to fit behind the 17" rear wheel and were still very close so I decided to remove them and fit J-Specs. I am soon to look into fitting UK rear brakes just to see if I can get away with it. The J-Spec rears are not to bad with the right pads in but under very hard braking for long periods they do fade, as found out on DragonBall 2013! In my opinion the 18/17 set up allowing for a larger rear tyre side wall is a great aid to traction. My car grips like hell and doesn't seem to loose any more traction than my old BPU Supra with over half the power. My only issue is tyre selection as although the R888's are great in the dry, they will try and kill you in even straight line cruising when wet! I wish I could get hold of some better all round tyres for the rear.
  15. Now that is a nice colour, right up my street that.
  16. Ooh I like these threads, Good luck. Sorry to hear about your other Supra, that would make me sick if I sold mine and that happened.

  19. Thanks Chris. I'm going to try and make it to the Basingstoke meet in February so hopefully I'll see you there.
  20. Yep I'm in, deciding to go 8 hours before hand was a little stressful last year lol.
  21. Thanks guys. Bastards... I've just set up a dedicated DragonBall computer ready to hit the kill button.
  22. Managed to get the car out at the weekend for a well overdue run, stopped to wait for a friend to catch up so thought I'd take a couple of pics.
