  1. PM james_cbr if you decide to sell, I know he's been after some.
  2. Yeah no doubt they will but I might have to take out shares in SRD to pay for it, custom work is never cheap.
  3. Thanks Mark, glad I could be of assistance. Cheers Abz. Looks like the weather is good for the weekend, would be rude not to do some testing. I'm also hoping to get to the Portsmouth meet on Sunday. Thanks mate, I'm looking forward to the active spoiler as well just hope it works out.
  4. Cheers mate, see your going for some more SRD treatment. I hopefully wont be far behind you on that one.
  5. Thanks mate, I'm happy with how they turned out. I'm sure if they were Brembo, Alcon Etc, they probably wouldnt of got the Supra decals. Now now, lets not put this in the gutter lol.
  6. I'm sure you'll think of something. Thanks Christian.
  7. I think it's the Kansai lip.
  8. I'm sure they will mate unless you put the decals on up side down. You can't see much of them behind the wheel anyway.
  9. Got the decals on this morning and I think they look great, nice and subtle. They said to use heat from a hair drier to help the adhesion but as some of you will know I'm lacking slightly in the hair department and don't own one so I had to improvise.
  10. Cheers. I can... the tyres, regularly. Don't dis my bulge, It's unique.
  11. Okay, so since the rear brakes have been done I was looking at the K-Sport fronts and noticed the black anodising was fading and looking a little tired in parts so I've decided to give these some paint, the only issue was the K-Sport decals were engraved. So carrying on with the stock aggressive look, I've decided to fill in the K-Sport decals, Paint them and add the stock Supra decals like the rears. It will now look like the Supra came with 356mm 8pot front brakes. The engraving was filled by building up the calliper paint over the decals as it wasn't deep, they were then sanded and painted. The paint needs to cure over night and I'll fit the Supra decals tomorrow. Sorry the pics are a bit dark, I will try and get some better ones with the decals on tomorrow.
  12. Yeah just measured it and their is at least 20-30mm clearance from the brakes, also checked the inside of the wheel and there looks to be about 20mm clearance before the wheel would foul the strut so absolutely no spacers are required for my set up with 356mm 8pot K-Sport front brakes and UK rear brakes on stock body.
  13. Thanks mate, should be an interesting challenge for Mr LeeP.
  14. Yeah hopefully it will work out. The 10mm spacer is still there but is only there for the wheels to fill the flared arches.
  15. Lol I was trying to explain it has minimal lag but will catch you out in the wrong gear... so when I'm in the wrong gear I can fully sympathise with you.
  16. Yes, thank you. You can have it back if you like... for £300!
  17. Yeah should look good as long as we can get it to fit.
  18. Pack it in you two, the guy posts a some pics of a Citroen Saxo and a Supra and you two want to talk about the Saxo! Great looking Supra you got yourself there by the way, nice spec too.
  19. Managed to get the brakes on at the weekend and the decals turned up Monday so here they are all finished up. Oh and the wheels do fit over the brakes. The car is due to go into SRD soon for a few bits. I've decided to give the active spoiler route a go and set Lee at SRD the challenge of custom making a front mount intercooler to fit with a fully working active spoiler. Now I doubt this will be cheap but it will be custom and unique which Is a lot of what the car is about. The reason I would like this fully operational is for ride hight. I do catch the current lip occasionally even at my ride hight so to have it retractable would be great. Please note my current set up is not for sale just in case Lee fails miserably!! Picked up an active spoiler at the weekend, was in good condition other than a few marks and scratches on the lip. I removed the lip and wet sanded it down to remove any marks and It's come up pretty well, It was either this or paint it but would rather not paint if I can avoid it. Also gave the hole thing a quick clean because as you all know by now I cant help myself but get carried away when cleaning! This is it all finished up and ready for fitment.
  20. Happy to take you out for a spin next time.
  21. Thanks mate. You never know, If they don't fit your gonna get a nice refurbished set back.
  22. Managed to get some paint on these today, their going to need another coat or two still. I've ordered some OEM Supra decals as well which will hopefully arrive tomorrow.
