I would not go crazy $$$ if it is a road car, I think alot of members like Chris Wilson's Fast road pads , I don't think you can go wrong
Carbone Lorraines are an excellent make too But I would get a fast road compound (They do a few different compounds), I would not get a track pad , you want to have some stopping power in cold conditions plus some of the race pads squeal until they are warmed up and on a public road they will never get up to temperature
I have the Endless CCX on mine the last 6 years , find them fantastic on track, in the cold mornings and zero dust but the CCX have since been discontinued (think CCA now)
For what I use the car for , they are overkill , I will most likely go Chris's fast road pad next I am sure it is more than up to what you need and not crazy $$, it may be on comparison with the CCX pad but without the overinflated price tag
If I where you I would go OEM setup and Chris's fast road pads ; see how you find it ; might be worth doing a refurb on the seals in your OEM Calipers , I did mine a few months ago and the feel in the pedal now is so consistent, it is very easy to modulate the pedal and left foot braking is alot easier. My car is 21 years old but even the youngest Supra now is 13 years old
The Toyota Refurb kit (Seals, grease) was around 30 gbp and I also got Chris's stainless Steel pins for another 20 or 30 gbp
