Hey My mate got his oil pump changed 2 years ago , but it is leaking ; its a T67 single turbo if it makes a difference RZ GTE Inside the chamber is 2 Springs and a valve that's what failed mechanic changed oring after oil pressure came back up it pissed out again Then he also tried putting in a copper ring with the oring and when he tightened it down it popped off the trades Any idea's what causes this to go , Front main seal?
  8. Good luck with the sale!
  9. Just something to go wrong if you ask me
  10. It did give me a chuckle I am not too sure but from what I understand it connects the front rad pipe to the rear of the block so instead of waiting for the water to circulate through the block to get the rear , the coolant bypasses and has a direct feed to the rear , warms up quicker
  11. Any logic in this ?? http://www.night-pager.net/cn6/pg35.html The water bypass kit ... From easily heater hose out the heat of the cooling water reservoir is in the radiator upper hose to stabilize the water temperature by bypassing the cooling water is cooling water circulation rate and to reduce the hydraulic resistance parts. The rear cylinder temperature at which heat is likely to accumulate by the bypass function is stable, to prevent heat sagging and overheating of the engine while controlling the water temperature rise. When used in conjunction the cooling thermostat, it is the part where there is a higher effect.
