  1. Hey Just a Q, something I suffer from ever now and them is my gut becoming inflammed ; basically Our gut (small and large intestine) have millions of villi in it. These are finger like projections that “grab” food particles and pull them into our blood stream so we can utilize it. When we consume foods that are irriating to the gut it creates inflammation. If these villi become inflamed than we can’t absorb nutrients as effectively. I know what triggered it this time , Almond milk with Museili ; I am just fatigued and cant get the nutrients into me; I spend more time on the toilet! Between Last nite and now must of sat on the can at least 4-5 times I find Egg Whites or anything with a high dense protein content can trigger it, coffee helps with the bowl movements Stomach got cramps at the start when consuming BCAA's (20mg with 800ml of water) but has adapted How can I stop this and get my digestive system back on track? I find ginger can subside the nausea I take some digestive enzymes in the form of Animal Pak

  3. Always wondered When you are shipping the box back , do you have to pay vat or Customs on the work carried out, considering it was outside the EU?
  4. Farndon , thanks Chris ; knew I read they are made in the UK Out of curiosity how complex can a piston get ? Cosworth pistons with F1 Tech? I was under the impression a Piston with cooling voids in the crown would be about as complex as they get What price is an Omega piston? Cosworth is around 1000 gbp mark , Mahle is around 700 gbp ; 2618 aluminum alloy (the 2 barrel pistons are made form 4032) Mahle seem cheap
  5. Ohhh Carrillo , I read the H beam design is a little stronger than the pin boss and the real strength behind their rods in comparison to other manufacturers is thier tight controls of the steel alloy (E4340) , tight adherence to heat treatment and shot-peening standards I wonder what is the max Stroke on the 2jz , probably tge tomei 3.6 kit ; if we knew rod length , piston compression height and piston deck Clearance we could calculate it I wonder are the stanard OEM rods , carbon steel ,cast , Aluminium , or PPF rods (Precision Powder forged)?
  6. I reckon they are tricky to map or at least you would be nervous , get a mis fire and a Rotary needs a rebuild ! I wonder who would foot the bill
  7. thanks Wez, I think Partsbox on here had Cosworth pistons on special recently How do Cosworth compare to Mahle Pistons?
  8. I had a search I know the Jun kit has Cosworth Pistons, rods pistons inhouse? Did I read somewhere the HKS kit is also made by Cosworth? Are any made from S312 vacuum melt ?
