  1. Hi Wez It is not as simple illustrating the rpm activation points for each assigned VSV output , I am currently in research mode 4 Optional Outputs for PWM Control of added actuators: -- Duty Cycle tables using Engine Speed and Throttle or Manifold Pressure Axis -- Activation based on Inlet Manifold Pressure or Throttle Position -- Aux Output 1 includes tables for Ignition Timing Compensation, Fuel Volume Trim, and Fuel Mixture Aim Mine is setup using Duty cycle tables per VSV and Manifold Pressure values to enable X VSV ; I need to look at my Duty Cycle Tables and logs to tell you more
  2. I'll try get the laptop on there tonight
  3. VSVs are all plumbed as per oem [emoji6]

  9. My OsGiken Street Master Twin plate is rated to 575 ft lbs, and a hell of alot more expensive plus you do not have the dual mass flywheel resulting in a rattle at idle I completely forgot about these! Great work Chris!

  11. I have no Idea if TT ECU's are interchangeable
  12. I did ask that question, I think around the 3800 mark he said , I would need to look at the map to confirm I will have a look at the VSV setup later , I need to go back and have the Traction/launch control setup He has a few projects with Fraser MacKellar on the M1 ; so he is going to ask Fraser about his sequential setup on his M800 ,we may be able to take advantage of his experience with the OEM setup Interesting what Fraser comes back with, but he is in China the last while, communication channels are fairly locked down by the government
  13. What are the pins/wire colours for Non-VVTI Speed sensors?
  14. Hi Car: 2JZGTE Non-VVTI MM6 JPEC I want to tap into the ABS ECU (Speed Sensors) , the ECU is behind the radio , from looking online ,Looks like there might be an option to splice into the white footwell connector. Looking at the RTLC for VVTI , we seem to have a mix of pins , some non-vvti are the same as VVTI etc Question Anybody know the correct pin outs for my car ? Do i need to remove the dash panel to splice into the speed sensors or is there a white plug in the footwell? I think we only have two ABS systems as outlined below? If so I will just use a volt meter and see what setup is in my car For Reference RTLC for VVTI http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?70518-VVTi-Jap-Spec-RLTC-fitting FR+ A21-3 (red) FL+ A21-8 (white) RR+ A20-10 (blue) RL+ A20-22 (purple) Small Plug Pin 3 Red wire .......Front Right Wheel Pin 8 White wire......Front Left Wheel Large Plug Pin 10 Blue Wire......Rear Right Wheel Pin 22 Purple Wire....Rear Left Wheel Just looking at post 6 in this thread there is a white footwell connector. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?232824-J-Spec-Engine-Harness-Connector-Details&p=2956347&viewfull=1#post2956347 Pin Wire Colour Function Destination(s) 1 N/A No Connection N/A 2 N/A No Connection N/A 3 N/A No Connection N/A 4 Yellow-Blue Unknown Traction ECU pin 15 5 Green-Red Rear Right Wheel Speed Traction ECU pin 12 6 Purple-Red Front Right Wheel Speed Traction ECU pin 14 7 N/A No Connection N/A 8 N/A No Connection N/A 9 N/A No Connection N/A 10 N/A No Connection N/A 11 N/A No Connection N/A 12 N/A No Connection N/A 13 Brown-White Handbrake switch Traction ECU pin 16 14 N/A No Connection N/A 15 Purple-White Rear Left Wheel Speed Traction ECU pin 11 16 Blue-Orange Front Left Wheel Speed Traction ECU pin 13
  15. ethanol and flexi fuel sensor is the way to go but once again impossible to get here , and very expensive to get from the UK, plus shipping is normally an issue
  16. Afraid not , Toulene is difficult to get here and Toluene is very cancer causing (Carcinogen) and can make you go blind. Quantities required per tank means you need a few litres always at your disposal , not something I would like to have in an apartment I did a lot of research on the octane boosters as its a market place full of snake oil, there are however a few true octane boosters out there, the key to finding a booster that will work is ensuring it contains a high percentage of MMT (Methylcyclopentadienyl manganese tricarbonyl). You'll often hear the old nugget that such small volumes of an additive couldn't possibly have any real impact, however this is untrue, outside of chemists people really don't appreciate the impact that small ppm (parts per million) of a active ingredient can have. The catch with MMT as with most chemicals is that its nasty, and really the ability to purchase it in Octane boosters appears to be somewhat of a loop hole in my opinion. There are a number of MMT rich octane boosters our there, the two that I've used and are most readily available are NF Race Octane Booster and Bardhal BSF Race Octane Booster. The NF Race OB showed extremely good results in my friends GTR in terms of low knock numbers, however the place I was buying from discontinued it a while ago so I switched to the Bardhal BSF, I believe the BSF has the highest MMT content of any booster available,The advantage of Bardhal is that it is extremely concentrated, so easy to keep in the boot (comes in a 1Ltr Tin) but also quiet expensive (€120), you will get excellent results with 2ml / Ltr, and I believe even as low as 1ml/ltr can be sufficient for road use, so your €120 could potentially treat 500 to 1,000Ltrs. Never seen any knock logs with the BSF She probably had a little bit of BSF still in her when on the Dyno
