Does anybody have any experiance with the Chinese mobile versions, are useable and reliable?

I am afraid Jamie, I think it looks awesome, remove the stock spoiler and you are onto a winner I dont think I would attempt to add it to the TRD even though it would look cool but not too sure about the demensions, if it would fit my car

This was a while back in one of the magazines but a UK company make one called http://www.torqline.com/product_detail_19.php, they do alot of carbon prop shafts for the Le Mans, GT, WRC rally teams and one or two F1 teams in the mag it stated the Supra carbon prop was 1K sterling (this was about 1-2 years back) They had a documentary on Discovery channel about them, some good viewing The only other company I found was Titan Motorsports

was just goin to say get in contact with Martin/colin from Supra Specialist Ireland Especially if the car is in NI, they probably had at least serviced it once and would know of it I would be cautious of a NA to turbo unless Martin and col had a look at her

Used the tuning guide on the website below but just wanted to let you know what I found with regards the NE Points, the guide says not to include the 4000 marker http://www.mkiv.com/techarticles/avc-r/advanced_tuning.html **I would include the 4000 marker because during the transition stage to the 2nd turbo I found the car hesitated and just sat there for a few seconds (when u need the power to over take), including the 4000 marker cured this NE Points: Definition/Usage: NE Points (a.k.a. RPM points) are used by the AVC-R to control boost at specific RPM's. Recommended NE Points: (Assuming you're on stock twins using Sequential setup) 2000 2500 3000 3500 4500 5000 5500 6000

To be honest, it scared the be-jaysus out of me so didnt boost her only 3 or 4 times (didnt have the nerve to keep the foot down), the new boost controller was fitted within a week and I wasnt too familar with Supras when I got it so I just got the new boost controller because the other wasnt working didnt think it was strange because I just taught Supras are suppose to be fast. I also read when u boost, it is suppose to hit u like a sledge hammer in the back
-
When I got the car she had a very old greddy boost controller and the diaphram was knackered so she boosted to 2.0 bar Installed new Apexi Boost controller and she is at X bar of boost depending on what i set it to but when it is turned off she boosts to 1.0 bar due to the second cat is a high flow SARD cat, so she is mechanically restricted to 1.0 bar (no fancy electronics)

It was in one of the Jap magazines last month, Banzai I think The guys from power vechiles metioned how it worked
-
From what I gather during this your car has to be to the OEM specifications to pass So how do guys with a T04Z or some major mods get through, do they just do the mods and keep the car for 2 years before it is due another 'shaken' again then sell?
-
Thats a top secret hood, TRD dont do a carbon bonnet? But really nice car, love the aero tops even if we only have a handful of sunny days Stu if thats a genuine TRD kit, check if you have a TRD vin, dont think u get one unless TRD fit it in-house

Hey shane where did u get your intake manifold, SupraForums trader? I have all the chrome turbo pipes at home still to go on just waiting on the weather and brighter evenings to come in
-
Was thinking of doing my stock airbox and feed pipe in this, seen on Demon tweeks they have a spray on version for hard to trim places Would clean up the engine bay nice Not too sure if anybody seen the episode of Orange county Choppers when they did the dirt bike and had the body panels go through a dipping process to have a film of camo added. would be nice if they could do a carbon effect

Just seen this in this months Banzia Mag, http://www.titanmotorsports.com/timoinma.html After considerable R&D efforts we are now offering a true 102mm diameter Street/Race Intake Manifold that utilizes the factory throttle body and incorporates techniques to increase flow and minimize turbulence while maintaining factory integrity. We took a look at what the market was offering for upgraded sheet metal intake manifolds for exhorbitant prices (upwards of $1800)and decided to engineer our own unit. We have put together a unit that is a tubular (non-sheetmetal) design using factory integrity and engineered components where they are deemed efficient. We consider this unit to be the best street/race manifold available and certainly the unit offering the greatest performance versus your financial investment. This intake manifold starts with 102mm main intake plenum, which has been machined and engineered to adapt to the factory fitment lower plenum. This is a tubular design which causes less turbulence and has an excellent distribution effect throughout all 6 intake runners. Unlike the competitors manifolds who make sheet metal style manifolds and then bolt everything to it, we go one step further and have engineered all the factory provisions to be externally mounted. This means the throttle cable and cruise control brackets are not screwed into the plenum which then further disrupts flow or can cause leaks. We then polish the ENTIRE unit, from top of the 102mm manifold to the lower plenum, not just the upper portion like others. Our manifolds are manufactured from aerospace grade aluminum and are fully TIG welded. Because this design is built around the idea of a street/race intake design, we incorporate the factory throttle body, which is a direct bolt on. EGR block off modification completed. Our unit will run with the factory computer or any aftermarket engine management system. The unit can be ordered with or without IAC (Idle Air Control) valve provisions. Expect 20-30hp gain above 5500rpm. This set-up is most benefical for cars making in excess of 650HP. A core charge of $450 applies until we receive your original plenum, at which time you will receive full credit

What do you fine the best polish and wax? Polishes Meguiars Metal Polish -- Didnt think much of it myself, found it didnt polish the surface too good AutoGylm Metal Polish -- Found this quiet good but not excellent AutoSol Metal Polish -- So far the winner hands down, fantastic results Waxes AutoGlym Resin Wax -- Found it very good but the white residue left is a nightmare to clean off and if applied near your window frame, weeks to get it off Meguiars CARNAUBA WAX -- Found this very good due to no residue left over when you take the wax off Any other products recommended, I heard te Do Do juice and waxes are good but expensive:(
