Thanks for all the advice, on start up going home from work after 9 hours her stationary no noise, temp is about 6 so reckon it is just the cold weather but will get it changed in the spring. I reckon more snow is on the way this week so will collect the k10 micra friday, thanks again for the help

My T Belt was done 30K miles ago, doubth it is that so I reckon it is something like the alternator belt or fan Belt

Yep stops, after a few minutes on idle or if you drive her a few meters; it may just be the cold weather Colder it is the more pronounced the noise, at -8 you would definetly hear it until she warmed up

Thanks, so the Rubber part I should tipex up is nearest the Engine Block or on the face of the pulley Will I run the tipex 360 degreee around circumferance of the rubber?

Hi I get a small noise , ireckon its the Aux Belts but it is Belt squel on cold mornings for about 5 mins until car warms up a little By cold morings I mean betwwen -3 and 2 Any idea's, Crank pulley? I was trying to read how to do the Tipex test but I think I need some pics

Stick with the bilstein Martin, the HSD, Tein, KSport I would not rate them I find if you look at what the top Manufactures use in there OEM setups BMW,Mercedes,Ferrari, Lamborgini, Bugatti, Lexus, Porsche all the top Marques ; you find they use Bilstein on M BMW's, Veyron, KW in World Touring Cars(BMW etc), Bilstein in Porsche GT3 Cup etc and other makes of suspension I am sure But I never seen HSD,Tein or Ksport; I would base any suspension decision on what these guys use

I am still pushed towards the Black Dc2 recaro's, only Sparco I like is the Milano leather but they are $$; seen the ones in your car Darragh they do look big for the interior,was surprised how big they where compared to the OEM Recaro's 2011 is the year I will get the Black or red Dc2 Recaro's, Black if I can find a clean set With the Brides, they are $$ and I would be afraid to get them without the possibility to try them; I sat in the Gias and far too tight; my back sits out over the seat, it is like getting pushed into a coffin too restrictive Definetly you need to be Jet Li size to fit them; you might get away with the Cuga's but the Recaro's look just as good and at a fraction of the price Darragh you need to comercialise her, you will sleep like a baby ha ha

Any tips on how best to immobilise my car with a Kill switch, she is a K10 1989 Micra so I would doubles its price with an Alarm but dont want it knicked either Plus how would I Wire up a 12V LED to look like an Alarm? thanks
