Good day sir; Monsween Can I ask you a Q: How do you take the spolier off? I had a look last nite, do you remove the boot plastic lining on the inside of the boot (does this pop off if you pull at it?) I seen a rubber grommet either side of the boot lid, I assume these are something to do with removal?

I use tha Apexi AVCR ; allows the boost settings to be mapped against speed, throttle position, rpms, etc too

One thing about Apple is the PR marketing is probably the best marketing in the world and is why they are where they are today. Apple has this image of the "Good Guy", alot of people just dont get all these Multinational companies are as cut throat as one another. Apple I like the hardware/interface but the software is crap, itunes, media box (itunes TV or what every its called); Apply strategy is all gearred towads emptying your wallet. Once you have there product be prepared to pay to use it, this has turned me completly off apple products The whole apple philosophy "no refunds" I cant stand, every chance they get they try to bill you and even to get an itunes account you still need to give them a credit card, which is just ridicolous. Apple = GREED; I have no issues paying a fair price for a product but Apple just want to bleed you dry. Over in Ireland if you can get a smart phone plan, say for 40 euro a month min, the same bandwidth, criteria in a Iphone is 60 a month min. You have to pay an extra 20 euro monthly for the same service because its an Iphone and a higher intial tarrif. Even when you have the phone apple want you to pay for updates, apps, everything ehh no thanks. So far for me Android is the clear choice, everything from Gmail to Google Music (upoload 30K plus free songs into the cloud), google maps, google navigation and all the other 1001 free apps in-between. Third part integration (PS3), and allowing third part's to integrate into the android framework allows great consumer choice. I do own an ipod touch for the car but definetly the new Samsung Galaxy Android tablet is a clear winner over the Ipad. You have to laugh, Apple bitch and moan about monopolys yet they have created one themselfs.

They recommend running the cable inside the car , so minimise corrosion Just try and have a good insulation and keep it away from your speaker cables. You dont want any alternator wine

If you car is a Jspec Real simple. just undo the 2 nuts of the o2 sensor (think they are 12 mm); I would also recommend wd40 them and leave for 20mins before you try to undo them(makes life alot easier); just keep an eye on the gasket position so you know what way round to put the gasket on. Follow the loom from the 02 sensor and unplug. (be careful the plug clip can break easy, britle at this stage from years of heat but if it does not the end of the world, just use a tie wrap or insulation tape to secure it, it is a snug fit but no harm in being 110%) Should take you about 10-15 mins after you soak the nuts in wd40. I also used small tie wraps to secure the cable between to plug and the O2 sensor (stop it flapping about)

Hi I am setting up a gallery to display a set of images on my Website(asp.net); I would like to use photobucket to host the images and just use a slide show to illustrate them. Any idea's? Preferable I would like to upload the images to a folder and let the control dynamically pick-up the new images rather than me having to reference each image individually What do people normally use? thanks

Chris whats te benefit of having them re-valved to your spec over stock Bilstein setup ? Do these differ from TRD Bilstein, I know they have 3 height adjustments not too sure if non-trd versions do?

The only way to test if the altenator is doing its job is to test the voltage across the battery when running
